AOL made it impossible to log into my account of 30 years. On contacting their customer service, I was informed I had to sign up for their premium services to resolve the issue. So I signed up for the service. The issue got resolved, bit I realize what a scam it was. So AOL makes changes how an account is verified which forces one to sign up for their premuim services to get the log in issues resolved. I pay for a months service and then cancel. Several months later new charges re-appear on my credit card, which I had to cancel. AOL will not acknowlege their errors and now I receive a collections notice. Filing a complaint with the Attorney General and demanding all contact reports, transcripts etc from AOL.
What a damn scam !
Desired outcome: AOL need to refund an amount of $66 in Unauthorized billing and refrain from sending me collection notices.
