Advertised new laptop. Sent me a broken clearly damaged machine. Tooks months to get them to agree to refund my money. Sent the laptop back and they ghosted me and will not respond whatsoever about the refund. This has gone on for months. They are a criminal enterprise and consumers should review online complaints before falling victim to thier prey. Widespread fraud reported everywhere - these people are professional con artists and scumbags.

Claimed loss: 1074.45

Desired outcome: refund, loss wages, compensation for the five months of dealing with this
