I recently made a purchase from PCLiquidations and opted for three day shipping to get my product a bit quicker. Upon receiving a confirmation email, I eagerly awaited my delivery. However, the three business days had passed and still no sign of my new purchase, so I gave them a call to inquire about the status of my order.

To my dismay, I was informed that my order had been cancelled due to not passing inspection. I was quite taken aback and confused as I hadn't received any sort of notification regarding this mishap. No email had been sent and my phone was silent, so I thought everything was proceeding smoothly.

I placed an order for a laptop on the website of PCLiquidations (pcliquidations.com) on the 6th of August this year. However, for a whole week, they claimed that they don't have the laptop I ordered, but offered me some alternatives that I thought were reasonable. A week later, they contacted me once again to say they didn't have the laptop I wanted and offered another replacement. This happened multiple times, and it's clear that the company has some inventory issues. What is the point of online shopping when they can't reflect what they have in stock?

I am of the opinion that they have wasted my precious time. The back-to-school season is around the corner, and I needed a laptop urgently. Every day that passed without a functioning computer was causing me real problems. Finally, I told them to cancel the order.

I want to give them credit, though. They did their part by calling and emailing me about the situation. They also offered their sincere apologies for their mistakes. However, all their efforts were still a frustrating waste of my precious time. I am now back to square one, and it's not easy to find another store with a reliable inventory at the moment.

I must say that every time I try to move away from Amazon, a highly popular online store, it turns out that other online shopping sites do not have the same level of service. It might be worth paying Amazon a little extra for the laptop I need tonight to have it arrive tomorrow.

I placed my Order #*** on July 28, 2020. I was excited to receive my package from PCLiquidations so I checked my UPS tracking number 1ZE*** frequently. Unfortunately, the status of my package remained the same for a whole week, just saying "Label Created".

I got worried and decided to call their customer service. The person who answered my call told me that my order was going to arrive by the end of the week. However, this never happened. I waited until the next week and called PC Liquidations customer service for the second time.

This time, the customer service agent told me that the supplier probably used a different tracking number and promised to call me back when he got a new one. Unfortunately, he never called me back. I was about to call the customer service for the third time when I received an Email stating that the supplier shipped my order via FedEx Overnight Standard with tracking number ***.

Finally, after two weeks of waiting, I received my order #*** on August 11, 2020. Despite the delay, I'm glad I got my order and everything was in excellent condition.

Overall, I had a mixed experience with PCLiquidations. While I am pleased with the quality of the product, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and the prolonged delivery time. However, the customer service agents were helpful, even though they weren't able to provide me with all the information I needed.

Hey guys, I wanna share my experience with PCLiquidations. I've bought some things from them before, trying to test out the quality of their goods. Overall, my purchases with them were okay. I got two phones and one phone cabinet, and the first two went as expected - specifically the 8LD phone. I bought a refurbished phone from their A-stock, and that phone was described accurately according to their definition.

So I decided to make a third purchase and went with an ITZ-12D phone also from their A-stock. However, when I received it, it looked like what PCLiquidations would define as C-stock equipment. The phone display was pretty scuffed up and not up to what I had expected. I don't know if its only my opinion, but I felt pretty dissatisfied with what I got, and I don't really have the time to deal with sending equipment back and forth. So, as a result of my less than satisfactory experience on my last purchase, I have already decided not to purchase any more A-stock phones from them. However, despite the unsatisfactory condition of the equipment, shipping was still on time, and all three pieces of gear did function well when I tested them.

In the end, I found a solution to my problem and ended up swapping the damaged phone with another phone from their warehouse, which resolved my dissatisfaction. Overall, I would say that PCLiquidations is a decent vendor, but some of their products may differ from their advertised quality, and that may cause sometrouble for the customers, like myself. But with a little bit of compromise from both sides, this problem can be easily overcome.

The product I ordered was a monitor, and I have to say the price was pretty good and the shipping wasn't too shabby either. I was unpleasantly surprised to hear that they had gone and canceled the whole dang thing! This was a huge inconvenience for us since we needed a phone pronto for a new hire. I had to call a bunch more times just to get some paperwork showing that they canceled the order. They claimed it wasn't a refund but a void. Say what?

Anyway, on May 22, 2018, I went online, and lo and behold, one of the items from my original order was still listed as being in stock. I was a bit apprehensive, but I decided to call them up and see if it was still in stock. The customer service rep I spoke with was reassuring, told me it was available, and that they would hurry up and ship it out to us. They even promised to hand over a tracking number to me the same damn day. But guess what? That didn't happen either.

The next day, May 23, 2018, I called again to get the tracking number and shipment details. A lady I spoke with said it was in the process of being shipped that very day and even pledged to send it out personally. What a joke. You can imagine my surprise and disappointment when I didn't receive anything once again.

Finally, on May 24, 2018, I get an email, informing me that my order had been canceled AGAIN! Seriously, folks, my experience with these guys has been an absolute nightmare. My advice to anyone trying to deal with this type of situation is to stick with Amazon.

I recently had an experience with PCLiquidations and I have some thoughts to share. Firstly, I had to request an RMA and send my unit back to them. I searched on Google for a PATA/IDE interface, and their site came up but I couldn't recall any specifications of the interface. Unfortunately, it turned out that the interface was a SATA which wasn't useful for me, hence a disappointment.

Furthermore, my dissatisfaction was amplified by the high cost of shipping. I ordered a 2.5" SATA SSD drive, which takes up very little space and weighs very little. However, it was shipped in an enormous box that cost more for shipping than the product. It is evident that the postal rates have increased, and this shipping cost is a product of Trump's policy to handicap the internet.

Despite the issues I encountered, I still appreciate PCLiquidations' inventory of affordable electronics. However, I feel there are areas they could work on to improve customer satisfaction. Yesterday I had the chance to order a Bose 700 UC headset from Pcliquidations website. As a big fan of music, I was really excited about the purchase. However, when I called on Thursday 12/3/2020 to inquire about the shipping timeline, I found out that they were out of stock of the item, which was really disappointing. At first, I thought that I had made a mistake, but the person from customer support explained the situation over the phone.

In the evening, surprisingly enough, I received an email from Bose stating that they shipped me a Bose Quietcomfort ii headset, which got me thinking about the quality of their service. I wasn't sure whether or not this headset would meet my expectations, but I decided to give it a try.

On Friday morning, I called Pcliquidations to inform them that Bose sent me the wrong headset and asked them if they could help me out with the issue. They were really understanding and willing to find a solution to my problem. I felt like they genuinely cared about my satisfaction as a customer. They told me that they were going to investigate the matter and get back to me as soon as possible.

Towards noon, I received the awaited email from Pcliquidations stating that they were not able to provide me with the headset since it was out of stock. They explained that they were going to issue a refund and were sorry for the inconvenience.

Overall, my experience with Pcliquidations has been positive, despite the setbacks encountered. I appreciate their honesty, clarity and quick response to my inquiries. I will definitely keep an eye on their website for my future purchases.

I ain't gonna lie, I had some trouble with PCLiquidations. When I was tryna' buy something from their site, it didn't let me select the expedited shipping option at checkout. I had to hit up customer service to get that taken care of. But then, they didn't even ship it out the same day like they said they would.

That ain't even the worst part either. They wouldn't take my PayPal payment the second time I tried to buy something, so I had to use my credit card directly. And then, when I called 'em up at 1pm to ask when the package would be shipped, they said it was already too late to get it out that day.

But wait, there's more! I got a call from PCLiquidations the next day saying my stuff was gonna be shipped out, but it never actually happened. It wasn't until I called 'em again on Monday that they said they were sending it out, and even then they were claiming I only paid for UPS Ground, when I actually paid for expedited overnight shipping.

After a few more phone calls, I finally got my package and it was the right stuff, so I gotta give PCLiquidations props for that. But dang, they need to work on their communication and follow-through.

Got my hands on a monitor from PCLiquidations and folks, it was definitely not what I expected. The monitor arrived with smudges all over the screen and a cord that was wrapped halfway around the base held down by a weird piece of blue painters tape that looked like it was hastily wrapped around. To me, it seemed like they had just gotten the monitor returned and simply shipped it out again without really cleaning it up. This definitely didn't give off any "refurbished" vibes to me.

When I turned on the monitor, the screen looked fine but the picture had a yellowish tint to it. Even the startup logo that was supposed to be white, looked yellow. I compared it to another monitor I had and the difference in color was drastic. I don't think this monitor had been properly refurbished, according to my understanding of the term. It even came with some evidence of previous use, which further confirmed my suspicion that it wasn't fully refurbished.

But there is some good news - the customer service is pretty good. I quickly got an RMA# and the free return shipping label was easily accessible on their website. If you're looking for used gear and don't mind going through the hassle of returning an item, then by all means, go ahead and buy from them. However, like I said earlier, after this experience I would think twice before purchasing from them again.

I ultimately ended up purchasing a new BenQ monitor for a cheaper price from Best Buy when it was on sale. It was definitely worth the peace of mind that came with knowing I was getting a brand new item.
