Our first installation date was on Monday. We bought the tv on line from Sam's. We also bought the mount that Sam's suggested for this tv. The installer came on Monday and told us it was the wrong mount. We returned the mount and bought one a Best Buy. Our second date was on Thursday. The same installer came out alone again. This is a 98 inch tv.
My 78 year old husband couldn't lift it. Fortunately, there was a nice couple walking down the street. My husband asked for help and the man was able to help. The tv is up but we will not be able to use the sound bar because it's almost sitting on the mantel. I complained to Angi's and they are "really sorry for the inconvenience". They refunded 50% of our installation fee. I'm soooo disappointed in their service. We'll never use Angi's again. In the future we won't use Angi's that you offer. I'm beyond upset about this. It takes the fun out of getting a new tv.
Desired outcome: I don't know how you can make it right. I do know that you shouldn't use Angi's anymore.
