I got a truck flatbed from Bruiser Built, LLC in Nov 2021. They changed their name to DDX2 on their *** listing after my review. I paid $9k+ and they stopped responding. The bed was supposed to be ready for installation on Jan 24th. It's Feb 16th and we can't get a hold of them. It's frustrating and unprofessional to work with. We're working with our credit card company to reverse the charges. Other customers are having the same issue. They're a nightmare to work with.

We got a flatbed for my hubby's truck from Bruiser Built, LLC last September. They made a custom design with logos and sent a mock-up. We agreed to pick it up when we got his snowmobile before winter. But it's been a year and still no truck bed. We paid $10585.00 through QuickBooks. We called, messaged, and texted them, but they only replied sometimes. They said they're growing too fast and can't keep up with the demand. They offered a 50% discount if we wait. Later, they said they'd send a refund check, but since the truck bed was almost done, they'd give it to us for free. But now they won't reply or call, and they still have our money. Their number is ***. We also used *** as another email.

I got a story like the other person who wrote a review for Bruiser Built. I paid $9520 in November for a flatbed for my truck. They said it would be ready in January, but it wasn't. They said it would be ready in February with a 50% discount, but that didn't happen either. Then they said March 7th, but they needed to confirm the specs. I talked to the owner a few times, but he never calls me back. I had to call a bunch of times and threaten to sue before I got a call back. I even talked to the cops, but it didn't help. If the ComplaintsBoard.com would share my info with others who got scammed, we could get the attorney general to do something. One case isn't enough.
