s. I wouldn't recommend Villara Corporation to anyone. The quality of their work is subpar and their customer service is terrible. My house is only a few years old and already the A/C has stopped working and the SmartVent control panel has broken down. When I called customer service, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The technicians they sent out were no better. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.

Villara Corporation ain't professional at all. I set up a meeting from 8am to 12pm but nobody showed up. I called them at 1pm to check if the contractors were still coming and they said they would come by the end of the day. But guess what? They didn't show up and didn't even bother to call me to let me know. I called customer service to find out what happened and they said they would call me in the morning to reschedule. But of course, they didn't call me. I ain't wasting my time and money on their comfort club program again.

Villara was supposed to turn on our solar panels, but they didn't do it. PG&E said it was their job, but they messed up. We lost money because our bills were for solar power, but we weren't getting any.
I got this Beutler HVAC thing when I bought my house, but the Smart vent was making noise since day one
I got this Beutler HVAC thing when I bought my house, but the Smart vent was making noise since day one. So, I decided to check it out this year and called Villara on 8/11. The guy who came disconnected some wires and the noise stopped. But then on 9/7, another guy from Villara came and he didn't know anything about the system because they don't install it anymore. I have a book from the builder that says the first guy made it work. But then the thermostat stopped working after the first guy left. I called Villara again and they said I had to pay $85.00 for them to come out. But it wasn't even their fault, it was an electrical problem. So, on 9/14, another technician came and just looked around, signed some paper, and asked for payment before leaving. It was a waste of time and money.
