This company is totally rubbish! I ordered their expensive flowers online to be delivered on Valentine's Day but they never delivered the flowers! They charged a premium for Valentine's Day and then disappeared! I called them at least 50 times today but nobody answered!
Get my money back! I will also contact The Straits Times.
Be Aware!

Their attitude really sucks! I finally got hold of them over the line and they were so cold, no apologies and just told me they would refund my money and it would take 5 days to process it. this is how they lose their business!
This company must be bankrupt!

I also ordered flowers for Valentines day that were not delivered. Please don not use Angel Florists and warn your friends too.

we are so sorry to mess up for the last 2% orders this year due to a much higher volume orders than scheduled.

the reasons why your phone didn't get through might be a higher volume of incoming calls.

For all those orders failed to be delivered, we will refund you in full within 2 or 3 days time
(Wish you can understand that we didn't get sleep for 48 hours .)

I just read that guy who used Cupid Angel Flower have been scams also with BIGDEAL website. At least they would be reimburse!

I encounter the problem on V day.. No one answering the call with no update from them. I pay by credit card, anyone know if can stop the payment?

The website look totally shiny and secure but it's NOT!
I've got exactly the same problem, No flower, No news and Money away...
