had AirMax install a Trane Heatpump. They were very professional and did their work with little interruption to our day. It was a difficult unit to install because the outside unit was 15 feet up. A crane was used to do the work. We are pleased with the finished outcome. Definitely a 5 star rating.

Airmax Refrigeration did an outstanding job installing a new Trane 14ser air-conditioning unit. They were prompt, efficient, very professional, and answered all of our questions. The cleanup was spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend Airmax Refrigeration for heating and airconditioning services.

I have used Airmax services twice, and can only say good things about them.Mark is a very knowledgeable professional. He gave me in-depth description of the issue and number of options of fixing it for me to choose. I'm very pleased with the results of his work. I was referred to Mark and his company after another company was overselling us and not focusing on what we needed. I called Mark left a VM and he called us back that day got a quote worked up for us, with many options. The price was amazing , the immediate service, and communication was also amazing! My vacation condo is in an older building with challenging water based cooling system. I had a small but annoying leak that was causing rust around the unit cover. Airmax was able to fix it, where my previous company that was doing my yearly maintenance failed for 3 years. I will recommend them for all your AC needs. The owner, Mark, answered my calls and messages promptly. He was knowledgeable, professional and stayed late into the evening to correctly solve the problem.

I know to who I would trust We had an issue with our A/C unit, we had a couple A/C Companies out to take a look and they gave us quotes to replace the whole unit, which as you know is very expensive. We were fortunate enough to find, Airmax Refrigeration Heating & Cooling was able to resolve the problem . We Just replaced the AC-condenser. The company is very fast and efficient and gets the job done along with great prices. I would highly recommend you use this company for your AC needs

Thanks for coming out during an obviously tough time to get my house A/C back in working order! The techs came on time and were very respectful of the space, had masks and didn't leave any mess etc. They identified the problems as something they could repair and were able to fix it during their visit. There was no pressure for unneeded services or parts. Lovely cold air is now coming from my vents.

I can not explain how Mark from Air Max saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. We just bought a home and one unit stopped working. We had another company come out and they couldn't figure out what the issue was and had a huge explanation of how it would be better to just replace the unit instead of repairing things. They quoted us $6,500- $6,900 for this replacement. We called Air Max for a 2nd opinion and they came out the same day! They replaced parts and SAVED US from lots of financial stress and sanity! THANK YOU! Highly recommend them!

Excellent service! I used AirMax twice over the years and they are truly the best. Mark (the owner) came on the same day without any delay on a short notice. He is very professional, efficient and honest. He fixed with ease what other companies were not able to fix and were trying to get us to buy a new unit. He helped us twice when we had an emergency in the middle of the summer heat. His prices are very reasonable and most importantly, he is trustworthy and reliable. I greatly recommend this company and will definitely use them when the time comes to replace my unit.

I can only say good words about my experience with AirMax Heating & Cooling
I wanted to replace my HVAC because of its age (20 years) and also to lower the temperature upstairs. I have a two story house served by one HVAC unit. I considered switching to two units as well as creating two separate zones. After a conversation with Mark from the AirMax, I decided to invest into variable speed HVAC without zones. He also proposed other modifications to help lower the temperature in upstairs rooms. I'm writing this review approximately a month after the installation. I'm pleased :-) Temperature in upstairs rooms is 2-3 degrees lower and at the same time my monthly bill is 20-30% lower
I have to also mention Tom and Jeff, who performed installation. Super professional and at the same time very nice and friendly guys. Everything was done quickly. and clean.They answered all my questions. When I expressed my concern about air ducts, they, without hesitation, simply checked all of them (most are placed in very hot upstairs attic). Month after installation everything is working perfectly without any issues.

Highly recommend Airmax ! 5 Stars is not enough based on our current experience. If you value HONESTY and INTEGRITY then Mark J. and Airmax is the company to call. Our AC was out and we knew that our 18+ year old system was done. After a few calls, inspections, quotes of doom & gloom and scare tactics from other service providers, We called Airmax and Mark J. who responded the same day when I called around 2:30 PM. Mark J. Amazing!, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and provided an in depth analysis in a language to a lay person I found very helpful! He offered us OPTIONS! based on our needs, house design, and most importantly what we were looking for in our HVAC needs, NOT what other HVAC providers wanted to sell us based on there product line. Most AMAZING and at no additional cost to us!, he was able to make the necessary repairs the same day to get us through till our new system is installed. WHERE ELSE and with todays service providers, does one find that type of attention to detail for the customer? Airmax is that type of company! He was a pleasure to meet and the entire experience was exceptional!
