American Family Care - Charged for no service

I cut my finger and they charged me a $40 copay but sent me somewhere else for treatment as a matter of fact they stopped me from leaving to check my vitals cause they didnt do it when I was called to the back. The service was not up to par and I still got charged because they couldnt take care of the problem. This needs to be resolved and I want my money back. I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com

Desired outcome: Refund on services not rendered

American Family Care - The supervisor called a police on me for seeking tb chest xray for college purposes

AFC FAMILY URGENT CARE CALLED THE POLICE ON ME FOR SEEKING CHEST XRAY TB TEST.

On 23rd May 2020, I was Racially discriminated by AFC FAMILY CARE LOCATED AT EAGLE RUN, they called police on me for seeking TB chest x-ray.

I'm an international student, I'm hosted by an American family who also is sponsoring me, the college requires my TB test report as an admission procedure. Since I was Given BCG VACCINE at birth, the college advised that in my case, a Skin test is not recommended for it will yield a "False Positive " and that I can only bring a Chest X-rays report. The school also recommended any Urgent Care and Medexpress facilities in Omaha would be able to assist me for they have sent several international students at those facilities.

I googled the nearest urgent care from my Adress and this facility came up, I called ahead of time to notify them of my situation and the reason for my X-rays, they said I carry cash that insurance doesn't pay for it. When I went to the facility, the receptionist doubted my address on my DL, asking in multiple times if indeed that's my address even though it is written in official government issued Driving License.

The facility hurriedly administered the skin test against my will (at first I thought it was pain killer to prepare me for chest x-ray), when I asked the nurse at what point will I have the x-ray and that I was bleeding and needed cotton gauze to wipe out the blood đź’‰, she went and told the supervisor that I'm rude to her, the supervisor came and told the receptionist to refund my money and that I'm not welcome here again, meanwhile she was dialing 9.1.1, she describe to the police that she wants a black man out of her premise. I voluntarily left the premise, stayed clear of the premise and called 9.1.1 to report that it's me they have called the police on and that I'm standing at a particular point so the police won't find it hard locating me, I didn't want to be hunted like a dog by the police. I was finally arrested, questioned and later released, I told the police my side of the story exactly what I had told 9.1.1, apparently, they told the police that they don't feel comfortable with me & I'mnt welcomed. The police advised me to Google another Urgent Care facility which I did, ordered an Uber explain to them what happened and they concur that I don't need a skin test for TB BUT AN X-Ray, within 20 minutes they did a Chest Xray, send it to meds centre for interpretation and results relayed back to me in a CD. My school insurance paid for it.

This was a traumatic experience for me, even though I am still new in this country, this has changed me completely. I have forgiven the employees of this facility because I don't want to be a prisoner of anger, I want to free myself, I also ask God to forgive me and them, we are not perfect, there is something I might have done or said or how I talked or walked or smiled or look or dressed that they didn't like. I'm not perfect. Let's say they found me rude, is it worth calling the police? To be rude to someone is it against the law? Respect is earned not demanded, if you don't like me why should I call the police?
