Check AMX website FAQ, sez you don't have to contact them if you go on vacation cuz the have great detection. 4th transaction on vacation they locked the card. Their chat customer services is worse, talk to 3 different agents and they could not agree on whether the account was locked. Called their 800 fraud line and they treat you like a criminal. I closed the account.. Good thing I had chase Visa.

Recommendation: chase Visa
