I was mislead about the lease agreement when I purchased this van when I went to the gulfport office in Mississippi the sale guy was named cow boy I told him my income was on a fixed income with my uncle fred 100% Vietnam veteran and he told me my payments were going to be around 300 a month so we thought we were agreeing to this only and he also said it was a lease program so when I made my first payment it was 534 00 I explain not agreement with the payment department and she told me different. Also I just found out my van gas three major unsafe recalls they never notify me about this matter I hope we can fix this mistake by them for more information please contact me tammy bryden

Yes I seriously can not understand why we can not get the ledger balance on the 2013 Hyundai Elantra it is like ones who work their believe they own each car you pay for. You get insurance your contract says 120 payments. Then you schedule a time payment to come out. Then bbb says same person Jesse Morrison I can not help any more! I can not help you period! Call holy email holly. Holly days call Erica call mark Cox. I call they called you four times says Holly. I send proof they have not, I ask why my payment of bank removed form account? What more do they want me to do? They said $6000 I say I oay $1000 or $300 week until it is paid off and that they can draft the payment. Just need the true ledger balance and I am in a tornado of emails phone tag! Help! 234351-1 I don't know what else to do!

I have been dealing with this company for a few years now and these are the worst people in the world. Each representative is rude and unprofessional. The lot on winchester in memphis, tn (smh). When covid started, they offered "certain" people hardship assistance, but would not extend it to me. I lost my job and struggled to pay the note. I would get the note up to date with help and they still disabled the vehicle. The rep and other supervisors would hang up in my face and talk to me like i'm beneath them. I went on maternity leave and this idiot had the nerve to tell me if I went in labor call an uber. Now the note is up to date and they took fees from my note to cover the late charges when they told me to make the payments and not worry about the late fees at this time. You say be polite but these are very unpolite individuals.

I will be contacting the bbb yet again for the 7th time regarding my vehicle ... and the fact that you get so much negative attitude and disrespect from customer service and I've inquired about the price of a replacement dog key and now have issues with my car tire and the electrical issues are starting to make themselves apparently clear. And you can't get any answers ... at all

Received a phone call on August 4, 2021 from JACKLYN one of the account managers. While explaining to her that my payment will be there within the next day or two, because my bank card had fraudulent activity on it and my new card should be arriving. She proceeded with a very nasty attitude, that I should go to Walmart and pay it.! I understand that at this point in time no one wants to work, but it's no need to be so rude. And her "SUPERVISOR (LATONYA) was no better than her. It's just awful that they work with the public. If you don't like your job QUIT! I would not recommend anyone to go here.

I was communicating all week 6/13/20210-6/18/2021 with the manager in Conyers, GA, He specified he will come pick me up from Alpharetta, GA 43 miles from his dealership for me to purchase a Jeep from him.

He had his salesman Lavell to come pick me up on Friday 6/18/2021 @3:30pm once we arrived back at the dealership in Conyers I didn't see any vehicles that we had talked about prior, the one jeep that was there it was said it didn't pass the emissions so that one couldn't be sold . He had me test drive several other vehicles that didn't fit my frame.

The manager Will then told me he had other SUV's at another location in Stone Mountain GA, so he had the salesman Lavell take me to the other location, I test drove a jeep Liberty that i liked but heard noise coming from the transmission, I explained to him id like my mechanic to come look at it in the morning first before me driving it off the lot. Talking with the salesman and Will.

The sales man asked me to get in the jeep and he proceeded to drive back to the Conyers location, i asked why are we going back the way because its totally out of the direction of my house, Lavell stated the manager Will wanted him to bring me and the Jeep back to him so he could look at it . While driving back the Jeep started acting funny and the transmission started slipping and jerking.

Once arriving back to Conyers 9pm I explained to the salesman and Will I'm tired and I'm not even sure I want to buy a vehicle at all at this point because its taking forever to do anything at all. Will said the 43 mile ride he gave me was a one time deal and I have to find my own way back home ! When I told him that's not good business he proceeded to call the police because I didn't move from the chair that I was sitting in.

Me and him got into a heated exchange of words and the other customers and sales people started trying to calm us down, finally one of the sales men Stan offered to take me back to where I was picked up from, as the police pulled up I explained the situation on what transpired just to make sure nothing was said that didn't happen, officer Connell replied that's terrible business to leave someone stranded 43 miles away after you picked them up. I have everything on audio from the incident

Workers had paperwork wrong put me down for another car but I paid for insurance and down payment then I had to pay more money to the insurance because American car center made a mistake on the paperwork and I would really like to return the car and find another dealership that's good with there customer and there doing there job

There is 2 times now that I have talked to a specific rep that has basically told me to shut up. Now I am a 40 year old woman, I was trying both times to talk not upset nothing I was only in the middle of a sentence, and basically it has to be the way to cut someone off.. Her exact words if you stop and let me talk, I was in the middle of asking a question. Both times this has happened, leading me to only want to deal with payment options that are online because I have ptsd and eplipsey, and when I am yellled at unfortunatly I have severe seizures because of this, I would of also used the online or automated serive however it wont allow me to pay any of it, its either all or nothing you have no option to change what the amount that you want your card charged

Bad cars. Bad business practice. Bad customer service. Bad business. This is a continuation from a previous report I placed with this company. The first time I was sold a stolen car and not able to get a tag because the car had been reported stolen in SC. The second and final car I purchased through them wasn't able to pass emissions. Needless to say, every vehicle I've purchased from them has been a scam. I had the second vehicle (2015 Kia Soul) for about a year. For about 9 months out of that year, the check engine light and tire light would come on intermittently. Finally the lights stayed on permanently about a month ago. I reached out to ACC numerous times for service. No one actually answers the phone as it just goes straight to email every time! They call me about making payments and once I make the payment, I mention needing to be transferred to the service department. They transfer me and no one ever answers. Ever. Straight to voicemail. No one calls back, no emails, no nothing. This department is non existent in my opinion. The salesman and account reps can't even get in touch with this department. There's no online service system, chat or any online communication for those that work full time and can't stick by the phone all day. According to the emissions and engine check at Auto Zone, the catalytic converter seems to be the issue. Finally the car starts to hesitate when starting the ignition, followed by stalling while idle at traffic lights, and even stalling while driving which is beyond dangerous. Not having enough money to tow it, I drive it over to the dealership and pray for a solution. I was then told that I can take it to the nearby Firestone and they will "pass the emission for me." Sounds shady to me. Call Firestone and they said I'd have to pay $100 for diagnostics, which was never mentioned by the salesperson. There was no manager that day so the salesman were on their own and had no idea what I should do. I was told that if I keep "harassing" the service department they'd eventually just put me in a different car. Not to mention they gave me inaccurate solutions, and even mentioned the Firestone would pass emissions for me. That sounds like fraud on both ends. And, they "lease" their cars out. Old cars with a 3 year lease. This is not possible. I spoke to Kia and they assured me that Kia only leases out their vehicles. This place is a joke. Don't go here and expect to have a car you can own, they're just tricking you into an impossible financial contract. It's all fraud. Needless to say, I never got a solution. Never got a callback. The only thing I've heard from them is to make a payment. When you finance a car, you don't want to have major repairs done within the first year of driving it. I don't want any more cars from this place and I wish this horror story would just go out of business. Music is extra loud inside the dealership and the entire establishment is just not professional. It's hell on wheels is what it is. I would stay as far away from this place as possible.

On July 23rd my car started having issues and I was instructed to take it to a local pep boys which I did. Its still there hasnt been touched or nothing just there. Pep boys says that they not been able to get in contact with American Car Center they got put on hold. My husband and myself have called numerous times and no answer. I have left messages and still no call back as yet. My husband called on yesterday and was hung up on and when he called back no answer. I have been placed on hold only to be hung up on as well and its really pissing me off. Its been two weeks that we have been without a car and I refuse to keep paying on something that I can not even drive.

I have taken my car to 2 different shops. My car has been messed up going into a month. I have only had the car a month and 1 week. And I have called warranty about it was told to take the car to these locations. The car barely will make it.. And still nothing has been done.. I was told warranty said they were going to call these places. They have said nobody has talked to them. And everytime they spoke with someone 3 times they get hung up on when ask about my warranty. One place won even touch my car.. No it just sits and I keep getting the boot, with no answers.. And I feel like I just sent my money back due to no answers and what being wrong with the not my fault. I just want answers or my money back.

After several attempts to get my deposit back I am now proceeding to a attorney, I was sold a vehicle that had no airbag which was deployed in an accident at some time, after letting Blake know this I explained that it is illegal to sell, trade or lease a vehicle without airbags or airbags that were not replaced by certified Chrysler dealerships, I've been waiting since February 27th and I'm waiting no more. $ 750.00 is owed to me NOW!
