American Automobile Association [AAA] review: 24 hour emergency roadside service

8/30/23. Called several times before finally getting a person to schedule a tow. That was about 756pm. After getting all my information, told me would be about an hour, or less. About 855 received a call with update. Unfortunately there is noone willing to do my tow. They are happy to reschedule to a morning pick up. Someone will be here between 7-10am! Its now 9pm! Told him no. I have no way to get home, not waiting till morning. Ok so just you needing a ride, yes just me. Fine will let them know and will call tou back.

I called AAA @ 10PM. Told they have tried 10 different companies and NOONE HAS ANY DRIVERS WORKING TONIGHT! Are you kidding? So now AAA told me to call someone else and put in for reimbursement! But noone coming. I am now expected to sleep in my vehicle alone in a parking lot. I am a 61 yr old female being told to slerp in my car and wait or call someone else!

This is so wrong on so many levels! There are strange people wondering around, walking by me. Sleep? Right.

So then, the 24 hour emergency roadside assistance is BS. Mind you, not a battery, or flat, gas. I have a blown wheel bearing. I cant even move out of where i am!

Let me add also, my destination is only 20 miles!
