I called SWFL transportation on March 3, 2022, a little after 4pm and again an hour later to pick up my sister
I called SWFL transportation on March 3, 2022, a little after 4pm and again an hour later to pick up my sister. I was sent a receipt for $15.25 but my card was charged $34.45. I am seeking the adjusted balance of $19.20 to be sent back to me.
Everytime I make a reservation with this company, they're always 30 minutes late with no call saying they're behind
Everytime I make a reservation with this company, they're always 30 minutes late with no call saying they're behind. I've had doctor appointments and I make reservations 2 hours before, but they still arrive at the time of my appointment. I called customer service to complain, but they hung up on me. It's not a good way to run a company. They should use their medical van service instead of regular cabs. Yellow cab sends most cabs to the airport, and the area I live in is underserved by yellow cab. They always use the same excuse that they're busy, even with reservations made 48 hours in advance.
