The AMC theater in Conyers Ga, has twice treated me and my son disrespectfully , first the cashier was texting and completely ignored us then after standing in the AMC stubs line that is roped off they took almost all the non AMC stubs members first before us , why is the Conyers Ga AMC location not honoring the stubs members that pay extra not to have to wait in line , the only nice employees are the white employees , if something does not change I will have to frequent another Theater . Also when you buy food online and give pick up time the food should be on the pick up shelf so you do not have to wait .
Desired outcome: help the AMC stubs members like they are supposed to, put the online orders on the shelf so you do not have to wait like it says when you pay your extra money to be a AMC stubs memeber
