We went to AMC Theaters in Phoenix Arizona Westgate to see a movie asteroid City at 3:30 on June 25th, 2023. We pre-ordered our popcorn, we ordered a drink and when we went to the station to get the drink there was used ice on all stands with leftover soda.. no ice in all machines. When we got our popcorn it was cold and stale. When we went to the butter stand it was absolutely disgusting. There was popcorn, butter all over the butter stand counter. We had to physically clean it ourselves, just to add butter. The floor was covered with popcorn and butter or shoes stuck to the ground. Disgusting & Dirty
Desired outcome: Please refund everything, worse Theater. Need more staff to clean!

I took my 4 children to watch Avengers End Game on Sunday April 28th and the whole experience was horrible. We normally go to a different AMC theater but we heard that Westgate had remodeled their theater and got rid of the bed bugs. When I purchased our tickets it said the seats were recliners which they absolutely were not. And the seats we had had a huge railing that was blocking a huge chunk of the movie screen so 2 of my kids had to pretty much sit on their knees just to see a portion of the screen.
The popcorn terrible, it tasted very old and had zero flavor. There was kids crying throughout the entire movie so as you could imagine I am very disappointed and frustrated. We waited for this movie and we were looking so forward to seeing it but it was ruined by this experience. And what a waste of $85
