Harassing customer for prepaid orders
I ordered a grey jeans via amazon with order number ***915 which was suppose to be delivered on 2nd August, 2020.
The deliver guy calls me and asks me to come to some place 1 min aways and upon asking the reason he says he can't pay for tbe parking ticket. I reminded him that durind eid the parking fee is expempted and then he begain saying he cant come to my flat. Since I am not feeling well i denied and he had they audacity to say that he wont come to my place and barged the call.
***205 is his number and now this guy has blocked me.
Guys please save yourselves from such harassment in future and refrain from using amazon.ae
The 1 start I gave is actually too much for this harassment.

i order a iphone 14 pro max and i receive a empty box i contact their customer service they said we are unable to resolve the issue and also said we did not share any proof or any information about the parcel. i request them many time to check it and i also ask them please share the proof of delivery parcel is arrive with item they did not help me. i request to check it and refund my money or delivery my item

This is by far the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. Not only they are late, they are also lying to my face.
The courier never called and in the tracking system appears that there was no response on my end. This is after I have been waiting for the past 3 days for the delivery. The order should have arrived 2 days back, yesterday I contacted them and they are feeding me a bunch of pretty words in an email.
This is a complete disgrace for Amazon Global services and a very quick way to lose credibility as a global company. Buying Souq.com might have allowed them to enter an untapped market but if they do not change the fulfillment company (worst on the planet I might say!) they not only not benefit in any way from this transaction but also lose the existing customers they have had and were using the international service.
Shame on you Amazon.ae! These being said I want my order to have arrived yesterday and they can keep their attempt of making things better by offering me a voucher of the equivalent of 15$ because this is not how you keep customers. The time I have wasted in the past 3 days waiting for something I have paid for to be delivered does cost at least 100 times more plus I am not asking for charity. I am asking for a service that I have paid for.
