So, I was looking for a barrel and came across BarrelsOnline (barrelsonline.com). I placed an order on April 11 and paid for 2 business day shipping. But, it's already the 17th and still no barrel. I was getting worried and decided to send them an email. They replied saying that my order has already shipped. But, I didn't receive any tracking number. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

It's really frustrating when you pay for expedited shipping and still don't receive your order on time. I hope they can improve their shipping process and provide better communication to their customers. It's important to keep your customers informed about their orders, especially when they are paying for faster shipping.

BarrelsOnline is a pretty good website to buy barrels from. The barrels themselves are pretty nice and the embossing is pretty cool because it's on the barrel and not on a piece of wood glued to the barrel. However, I had some issues with my order. My first barrel took a whole month and a half to get to me, which was a pretty long time to wait. And when I finally got it, it had a leak. That was pretty disappointing. I contacted customer service and they said they would send me a replacement. But it's been two whole months now and I still haven't received it yet. That's a pretty long time to wait for a replacement. Overall, I think BarrelsOnline is a decent website to buy barrels from, but they could definitely improve their shipping and customer service.

So, I decided to get myself a Whisky Advent Calendar from BarrelsOnline. I paid 50 bucks for it, but when I got my package, I was pretty disappointed. The thing I got was not what I ordered, and it was definitely not what was advertised on their website. I tried to talk to the company about it, and they offered me a refund of only 6 dollars! Can you believe that? I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous. After some more back and forth, they finally offered me 13 dollars, but that's still not even close to what I paid for.

I recently bought a 5l barrel from BarrelsOnline and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. The spigot is pretty shoddy and doesn't work properly - it leaks all over the place.
