AM Autoparts Review of AM Autoparts: Beware of Incompatible Parts

Bought one set of headlights for my car model 1997 Suzuki Sidekick JLX from AM Autoparts on eBay. The product arrived on my doorstep in a timely manner. Though I wished that it could have been faster, given that I was eager to get my vehicle back on the road again. Nonetheless, the headlights were “almost” perfect for my car. They looked okay, but I noticed that the mounting plate was not the right shape, and there was one hole missing. Now, I'm not much of a mechanic, but my wrench jockey was able to switch out the mounting plate for me. I wasn't too happy I had to do this, but at least, I didn't have to keep driving with only one headlight working. So, I took the time to share this miss information with AM Autoparts advising them that they should note this on eBay to alert prospective buyers.

Later, I discovered that the new bulbs and electrics for the headlights I bought were not compatible with my car. This was a major problem for me because it meant that my mechanic had to go back to the old bulbs and electrics he removed from the previous headlight. I was very unhappy about this situation and decided to contact AM Autoparts again, requesting they also mentioned this information on eBay. However, during this time, I found it difficult to believe the game they kept playing with me. I mean, they kept insisting that what I had purchased was the "last one available" and yet quickly offered more for sale after every subsequent purchase.

All of this made me doubt the legitimacy of the information they were feeding me. I felt frustrated with this kind of behavior and wished that it would all be corrected, but no such luck. As of today, January 23, 2016, the latest headlights have once again surfaced on their website without any warnings about the fit problems I encountered. So, if you're thinking of buying car parts from AM Autoparts, I’m sure you have to do your research and be very careful. So, keep it in mind that what you think you're purchasing may not fit your car model correctly.

AM Autoparts Positive Experience with AM Autoparts for 2006 Ford Explorer Radiator

I recently made a purchase from AM Autoparts for a 2006 Ford Explorer Radiator and I can confidently say that I am satisfied with my experience. I placed my order on a Friday afternoon, just before the 4pm cutoff time, and to my surprise, my package arrived on the following Wednesday. Did I mention that shipping was free?

Even though I was relieved that the part arrived on time, I was initially nervous after checking the shipping status and not receiving a tracking link the following day. However, I decided to reach out to their customer service team, hoping to get some clarity on the matter, and to my surprise, they replied promptly with an email, reassuring me that they would take care of the issue.

On Monday, I checked the shipping status again, but it still read "check back soon". Unsatisfied, I contacted the customer service team once more, and within a short time, they provided me with a tracking number. The tracking notification indicated that my package would arrive a day later than expected, but to my surprise, it was already at my front porch on the original delivery date.

The quality of the part I received was exceptional, which only reinforced my confidence in AM Autoparts. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family who are mechanics or have a keen interest in the vehicle industry. Despite a few negative reviews that I read online, my own experience with AM Autoparts was great!

AM Autoparts Mixed Results: Review of AM Auto Parts for 2009 Impala LTZ Suspension, Brakes, & More

Bought some parts for my 2009 Impala LTZ suspension from AM Auto Parts - their website is pretty snazzy, I'll give them that. Decided to go for it after reading some reviews, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Some good, some bad. The strut assemblies were great though, no fuss there. Got some Monroe Quick-Struts for a great price, like two for the price of one! The lower control arms and sway bar bushings weren't a known brand, but I still got good quality stuff for a low price, so no complaints there.

The brakes were okay, but not top-notch. Cheap, drilled and slotted rotors that are zinc-coated with ceramic pads. They did squeak for a bit though, around 20 miles, but after that period, they broke-in and worked like metronomes. Now for the bad news. The hub assemblies squeaked straight outta the box, so I took them out, gave them a chuckle, then tossed them in the garbage. Strangely, the tie-rod ends were too short, but I found out later that I didn't order the sport suspension ones. So, no hard feelings, my bad, not AM's. Ended up having to buy some extra parts from my local parts shop, which put a bit of a dent in my wallet, because the wifey needed the car the next day for her shopping adventures.

I did go to the alignment shop after I installed all the parts and changed the oil. Apparently, everything looked good to go, so I'm pretty hopeful that it will last a long while. In terms of the total cost, it wasn't too bad, no sir. With alignment and everything in between, it was around $900, which was more or less what I was expecting. I got some photos from AM before I started the repairs, which helped me out a lot, but I did end up making two trips to the local parts store because of my own indecision. Overall, I'm pretty happy with AM's performance, but I wish they wouldn't send me junk that squeaks right from the get-go.

AM Autoparts My Frustrating Experience with AM Autoparts: Unprofessional Customer Service & Questionable Product Quality

I had a recent experience with AM Autoparts (am-autoparts.com) that left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. I purchased O2 sensors from their website and installed them in my car. However, after doing so, I received a new diagnostic code stating that the air/fuel ratio was too rich. I contacted their customer service team to try and resolve the issue, but they told me that their tech team believed the O2 sensors were still functional and that I should take my car to a mechanic.

I did some research on the internet and found a 38-year-old mechanic who said that replacing the O2 sensors would solve the issue 99% of the time. This made me question the quality of the product I received from AM Autoparts. Could it be that their product was garbage, or was my car the unlucky 1% with deeper issues? I decided to let them know that I would be contacting Paypal, and then my bank if Paypal didn't step up and get a refund. However, according to their website, AM Autoparts does not provide refunds on electronics (such as O2 sensors), which made me skeptical about obtaining a refund.

What was even more concerning was how every email I received was from a different person. The hours of response ranged from 8am-5pm, but I was receiving emails at 2am! This was extremely strange and made me question the authenticity of their customer service team. Clearly, something was not right with this company, and it left me feeling uneasy and frustrated. I even tried leaving a review on their website, but to my surprise, they did not post it! This just seemed like they were trying to hide something, and it only made me lose trust in their product even more.

In conclusion, my experience with AM Autoparts was dissatisfactory and frustrating. I would recommend spending extra money for peace of mind and going elsewhere for car parts. While they did ultimately refund my purchase, the fact that they don't offer refunds on electronics and how their customer service team was unprofessional and unorganized, made me decide not to do business with them again.

AM Autoparts Beware of AM Autoparts: Failed Delivery & Poor Customer Service

Ordered fixin' parts for my ride on a Thursday night and paid $55 for EXPRESS shippin'. I was anticipatin' to receive it the very next day, bein' the Friday. However, I was left waitin' 'till the followin' Monday for it to arrive. It caused an additional one day (24 hours) down-time for ma vehicle and a loss of good ole revenue 'till it got back-to-go. When I reached out to the customer care ambassador, OLIVIA, they informed me that the company do not ship out on Saturdays. And just 'cuz I didn't wanna give up, swiftly any further mails to their "no-reply" link blocked me from further communication with AM Autoparts.

But let me tell ya, I did not wanna give up easily. I informed 'em, that I'ma be takin' it up with my credit card company if they ain't fix this for me. The next rep who showed up promised me that I wouldn't be gettin' no money reimbursed even though they ain't do no service as promised with that crazy express delivery charges. Sounds like a hustle to me.

My advice: Beware of this company. If they ain't wanna deal with ya, they gon' shoot ya mails to the "no reply" link and expect you to shut up. They won't even reimburse ya dough for services NOT fulfilled. It's hard times, maan! People tryna' make ends meet out here, businesses included. But they cannot afford no lousy $25 refund to keep a relationship with a client? Come on, y'all! In this time of sparse resources, $25 counts! In my book, any company that does this ain't worthy of ma business.

AM Autoparts AM-Autoparts: Affordable Parts for Older Cars, but Quality May Vary

I had a really good experience with AM-Autoparts. I was able to find all the parts I needed for my car and they were much cheaper than any other auto parts shop I had been to. The parts worked great and I was really satisfied with my purchase.

But, I have to say, as time passed, I couldn't help but notice that the quality of the parts wasn't as good as what you might find at other auto part shops. This is kind of expected when you're paying less, but it's definitely something to keep in mind if you're looking for high-quality parts.

If you have an older car with a lot of mileage on it, I would definitely recommend AM-Autoparts. Even though the parts may not be the best quality, they will still last for years, and that 10-year warranty is definitely a big plus.

On the other hand, if you have a brand new car or one that's only a few years old and has low mileage, I would recommend going to another auto parts shop. You want to make sure you invest in high-quality parts for your car, especially when it comes to things like critical parts that could impact your car's performance.

Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase from AM-Autoparts. If you're working on an older car, it's definitely a good option to consider. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for in terms of quality.

AM Autoparts BEWARE: Poor Customer Service and Damaged Parts from AM Autoparts

I made a purchase on AM Autoparts website and received the transmission for my 2005 BMW. The cost was around $1300, which was not a small amount for me. I interacted with a customer representative by the name of Paul, who was friendly and helpful before the payment was made. But once he got my payment, it seemed like he became indifferent towards me and stopped responding to my calls.

When the transmission was finally delivered to the repair shop, the mechanics informed me that the pan was damaged. I immediately tried to reach out to Paul to ask for advice on what to do next. However, Paul did not respond to my calls and put me on hold for a long time, but no one ever picked up the call. This was really frustrating as I was worried that I had made a mistake by trusting this company with such a significant amount of money.

It seems that all that AM Autoparts wants is your money. They are not concerned with their customers' satisfaction or experiences. Even when they boast a warranty for their parts, one cannot depend on it as it may turn out to be a sham. I followed all the procedures to activate the warranty, but I was afraid that if anything went wrong, I would have to fight tooth and nail to get any form of assistance. The level of customer service was atrocious, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

In hindsight, it was naive of me not to read the reviews before making a purchase. I must admit that the experience has taught me a lesson, and I would advise any potential customers to learn from me and not to gamble their money with this company. If the parts do not arrive in perfect condition and Paul is assigned to you, do not expect much from him. He appeared to be scammers, and I suspect that he is not the only one in that company.

AM Autoparts Great Quality Car Parts at Discounted Prices: AM Auto Parts Review

I highly recommend AM Auto Parts for anyone who is looking to purchase car parts at a discounted price without sacrificing quality. Although I was initially concerned about my purchase, I found that communication with the company was easy and efficient. The delivery time was reasonable, and I received both rear strut assemblies for my 99 Nissan Maxima in five days. The product was in pristine condition and was significantly cheaper than the prices offered by Autozone.

I must admit that I was worried about the negative reviews that were posted about AM Auto Parts on various forums and review sites prior to my purchase. However, the excellent quality of my parts and the efficiency of the communication with the company proved that they can be trusted. It would have been helpful to have a phone number for immediate contact, but I was satisfied with the email communication that I had with the staff.

Overall, my experience with AM Auto Parts was a positive one. As someone who is on a tight budget, it was great to find a company that provides quality car parts at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for car parts that won't break the bank.

AM Autoparts Warning: Bad Chinese parts and poor customer service from am-autoparts

So, I had some issues with my car's engine and the knock sensor wasn't showing up well. A friend of mine recommended I try out am-autoparts for some replacement sensors as they were way cheaper than the factory parts. I thought "what could go wrong?" So, I bought two of them and installed them, which was no easy task, given as to how they were buried deep in the motor under the water manifold.

But then, something strange happened. After the installation, both the sensors registered on the computer as defective, showing a knock in the motor. I was baffled. Could it be possible that these "new" sensors that I just installed are not sufficient enough to do the job? I started getting suspicious, so I decided to take the truck to the mechanic for a closer look. I thought that there might be a knock somewhere in the motor, so I started planning on how to fix it.

Months went by, and I ended up spending over $3,500 on the truck, had 4 mechanics working on it, and all to no avail. It felt like there was nothing I could do, and I was on the brink of giving up when I finally decided to take out the knock sensors that I had bought from am-autoparts and replace them with factory AC Delco sensors.

That was the missing piece. The engine light went off, and I could finally breathe a sigh of relief. I tried returning the malfunctioning knock sensors to am-autoparts since I wasn't responsible for the error, but they only offered to replace the "defective" electrical parts with more of their "junk parts." What does that even mean?

I said no way, and tried to get a refund, but it turned out that there was no recourse to get my money back. From the way I see it, this company sells bad Chinese parts right off the bat and doesn't care about its customers, only about making a profit. Don't fall for this trap, they are only taking advantage of you and your wallet. Even my bank, Bank of America, seemed to collaborate with them by supporting their return policy that clearly doesn't work.

Buyer beware, you're in for a nightmare. I learned it the hard way, but I hope none of you will ever have to go through the same experience I went through. This is the reality, and I don't want anyone to suffer the same fate as I did. Stay away from am-autoparts at all costs.

AM Autoparts Warranty Denied: AM Autoparts Fails to Honor 10-Year Warranty on Shock Absorbers

Me and my man ordered some shocks for our Chevy Tahoe from AM Autoparts website. We always make sure to double check the part we're ordering to make sure it's right for our ride, because we don't want to have to return anything. We got these shocks in February 2019 and now in October 2019 they're already busted! We hit up AM Autoparts expecting them to honor the 10 year warranty they puttin' on these shocks, but they acted like they don't even know what that word means. They won't help us out at all! They keep emailin' back with excuses sayin' we ordered the wrong shocks, but we looked at our order again and it's the exact same shocks they got on their website for a 2001 Chevy Tahoe! We can even get these same shocks at our local parts stores and dealership, so how can they be wrong?! Their customer service is a total swamp monster, not even worth the time it takes to email them. They won't own up to their warranty and they'll make you feel like you're the one at fault. Don't waste your time with this bogus company, just spend a little more at your local store to avoid any issues.

AM Autoparts Disappointing Experience with am-autoparts.com: Low-Quality Products and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased some rotors for my Infiniti G35 from am-autoparts.com. When I first got them, they seemed to work fine for about a month. But then they started making all kinds of noises and I became worried. I decided to give them a call and was happy to hear that they had a 10 year warranty. They agreed to send me new rotors, which I received in a timely manner.

However, I quickly realized that the new rotors were worse than the first set. I was very disappointed about this and decided to call again to speak to their customer service representative named Emily. She seemed nice enough at first, but then she began questioning me about my driving habits. She suggested that perhaps I was driving the car too hard and putting too many miles on it. I was taken aback when she told me that 500 miles a month was a "lot of miles". I mean, really? It's only 16 miles a day! I couldn't help but wonder if she was on crack or something.

Unfortunately, things didn't get any better from there. When I asked if I could upgrade and pay the difference, Emily told me that the warranty had expired and that I was out of luck. I felt very frustrated and felt like they weren't interested in helping me at all. To make matters worse, I soon realized that these crooks sell cheap, low-quality products and aren't forthcoming with the truth. I advise other consumers to steer clear of am-autoparts.com and their terrible products.

AM Autoparts Horrendous Customer Service Experience with AM Autoparts - Not Recommended

I recently purchased a part from AM Autoparts based out of Olathe KS, but unfortunately, they sent me the incorrect item. Upon realizing this, I attempted to contact them via email and chat, but through my dismay, received no response to either of my attempts. Feeling discouraged, I decided to fill out a cancellation form and informed them that I lived a distance away from a UPS pickup location. Fortunately, they were courteous enough to send a UPS label to my home for pick-up, but unexpectedly, they were unable to cover the associated $16.00 fee. After trying to reach out to their customer service team 4 times via chat, I found the experience to be nothing short of horrendous. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from AM Autoparts. There are other options available on the market for aftermarket parts, for a reasonable price. Now, I just hope that I can secure a refund from this company. This was, by far, the worst experience that I've ever had with an online retailer.

AM Autoparts Am Autoparts: Unreliable and Untrustworthy - A Waste of Money

I made a purchase at Am Autoparts back in January of 2018 for 2 transmissions that I needed for my vehicles. The first one was for a 1990 Chevy 2500 and it worked fine for about 2 months. However, the second one was for a 2006 Pontiac G6 and unfortunately, it never worked. I had to pay $700 just to have it installed, but it was no use as it only went on 2nd and 3rd gear. It didn't even have the much-needed 1st gear! I called to inform Am Autoparts about the issue and they connected me with a person named Brian who promised to send me a replacement transmission. But a year went by and I still didn't get anything! They just kept lying to me about sending me a new one and it's frustrating as hell.

I strongly advise that you do not buy anything from Am Autoparts as they are unreliable and untrustworthy. In fact, I talked to Brian again last Friday and he promised to return my money, but now, he's not even answering my calls! What the heck?! I guess I have no other choice now but to take legal action and involve my lawyer in this mess.

Overall, my experience with Am Autoparts was nothing but a complete headache and a waste of hard-earned money. They should improve their customer service and make sure to deliver what they promise. I hope this review helps other people avoid the same kind of situation I went through.

AM Autoparts Avoid AM Autoparts: A Frustrating Experience with Incorrect Order

Let me tell you folks, do not make the mistake I did and order from these guys. I have been around the block a few times and I can say without a doubt that AM Autoparts is hands down the worst online store I have EVER dealt with.

So, I ordered a Rear Left Window Regulator for my sweet ride, a 2008 Audi A3. Got a sweet deal on it too! But, boy was that a mistake. When I received my package I was understandably excited to get my car back in tip-top shape. Imagine my disappointment when I opened up the box and found that they had sent me a regulator for the right side of the car. I mean, come on! How can you mess up something as simple as LEFT and RIGHT? I checked the part I ordered and, sure enough, it CLEARLY stated "Left Rear Driver Side Window Regulator."

I was so frustrated at this point that I had to go outside and take a walk around the block just to cool off. When I got back, I mustered up the strength to contact their customer service. And guess what? They told me that they do not accept exchanges for this type of product. Now, I have to tell you, I was LIVID. All I wanted was for them to send me the correct part that I had already paid for! But no, they had to go and mess it up even more by saying they do not carry 2003 Audi Window Regulators. Honestly, what does a 2003 Audi have to do with my 2008? Absolutely nothing! It was clear to me that they had absolutely no idea what they were talking about.

In the end, I had to go to another company to get the part I needed. AM Autoparts cost me more time and money than I'd care to admit. So, folks, if you want to save yourself some trouble, don't make the mistake I made. AVOID AM AUTOPARTS at all costs!

AM Autoparts AM Autoparts Headlight Assemblies Review: Flimsy Clips and No Warranty

So, I had a real hard time ordering some headlight assemblies for my good ol' 2001 Malibu from AM Autoparts. These assemblies were supposed to come with a 'sliding clip' for installation. But as I started installing them, I realized that this clip was not as sturdy as I had imagined. When I tried pushing the clip down to lock it into place, the sliding plastic part of the clip came off and wouldn't hold the light in place. I tried multiple times, but the same thing kept happening. It was extremely bothersome, to say the least.

But you know what really bugs me? When I contacted AM Auto Parts about this, they told me the warranty was void because I had "altered" the pieces - like it was my fault or something! They said that I could either put up with this flimsy clip, or ship the products back. And that's not even the worst part. I actually had to resort to using the OEM lights and their sliding clips in order to make it work. That's how bad the clips that came with the assemblies were. They just wouldn't stay in their grooves long enough for the light to stay firmly in place.

All in all, I definitely wouldn't buy from AM Autoparts again. It's just not worth the headache.

AM Autoparts Poor Customer Service and No Warranty: My Experience with AM Autoparts

So, I got this engine from AM Autoparts, right? I was excited to get it in my 99 Chevy Tahoe, but the excitement disappeared when I didn't get any info on shipping. I called them up and they gave me the wrong information about what company had my engine. That was no good, you know what I mean? After much waiting, the engine finally got to the shop, and my mechanic installed it. The engine ran real good for 45 miles, and then it stopped. What a bummer! I had it towed back to the shop, and the mechanic said the engine was locked up. Not cool, man.

So, I called up Joe over at AM Autoparts, and I told him what was up. He asked me to send a video showing that the engine wouldn't start and that it was their engine by numbers on it. I did what he said, and I was sent another engine 2 weeks later. But, get this, they didn't warranty the parts I bought or the mechanics fee! I couldn't believe it. I'm on a fixed income, and I had to come up with all that dough again. You can imagine how upset I was, right?

I have to say that I'm an unsatisfied customer. I don't think the customer service was very good, and I feel like they ripped me off and cost me money. I definitely won't do business with them again. I hope they take note and improve their service for others.

AM Autoparts AM Autoparts: A Scam You Want to Avoid With Low-Quality Engines and False Marketing

Ordered a car engine from AM Autoparts, boasting about its low mileage of 30k. Hoped for the best, but unfortunately, the engine that was delivered had more mileage than the moon landing. It was as if a hundred vehicles had used it with harsh treatment. When I made the call, the folks who picked loyal nature was appreciable but they did not know their products. Facing the fact that I received a high mileage engine, which was a violation of their contract, I opted for a refund. However, the promise of refunds was not fulfilled as they deducted a restocking fee of $400 - which, of course, was written in the contract if you can read it with your eyes closed.

It has been weeks since I received the check, and every time I think of the scam, I promised to share my unfortunate experience with everyone who is more than ready to make the same mistake. I would suggest every car enthusiast to avoid this company as it is an utter scam. The things they sell are nothing less than junk, and no one deserves to give them the satisfaction of scamming them into purchasing from their shady website. Refund policies aside, avoid AM Autoparts, and I can guarantee that you will be thankful for this piece of advice.

AM Autoparts Warning: My Disappointing Experience with AM Autoparts

So, you want to hear about my experience with AM Autoparts? Listen up, folks. I ordered a couple starter coils for my daughter's 16th birthday surprise – an old junker of a car that we fixed up together. Boy, was I excited. I needed those coils quick, and with their promised delivery of 2-5 days, I thought I was in the clear with 2 weeks to spare.

But let me tell you, disappointment hit hard when two weeks went by, and I received nada. I was down in the dumps and feeling dejected. But the folks at AM Autoparts told me not to worry, that they had my back. Well, folks, guess what? That part, that oh-so-important part? It never arrived.

I was feeling pretty outraged, and I demanded to know what happened. When AM Autoparts finally got back to me, they tried to play the blame game, saying that the package was "lost." I did my own digging though, and contacted UPS. They told me that all AM Autoparts did was print a label, but never actually shipped my part. Can you believe it?

To make matters worse, AM Autoparts didn't even bother telling me that they hand off shipments to USPS for some type of hybrid delivery. What a bunch of nonsense. My daughter's birthday was coming up in just three short days, and there was still no response from AM Autoparts.

Listen, folks, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Don't let the fancy website and all the promises fool you. Trust me, you'll end up going through what I did – angry, disappointed, and with nothing to show for it. Don't waste your time or money on these folks.

AM Autoparts Beware of Poor Customer Service and Accountability at AM Autoparts: A Cautionary Tale

I recently had an experience with AM Autoparts that has left me feeling extremely disgruntled. I decided to purchase a brake set for my car and was careful to input the correct make, model, and year. The recommended parts were selected and, within two days, my package had arrived. However, upon inspection, I discovered that the rotor diameter was too large and it was rubbing against the brake bracket.

I reached out to the customer service department, which only allows for email communication and does not provide a phone number for customers to call. To my dismay, it took several emails back and forth with what they referred to as customer service before I finally received an email stating that I had purchased the wrong parts for my car. This was surprising, especially when you consider that there is no option to select the motor size of the vehicle on the website.

I voiced my dissatisfaction with the company's customer service and was unapologetically told that the mistake was entirely mine. Apparently, my particular car model comes in two engine sizes, and I had obviously selected the wrong one. To make matters worse, I am now being told that I am responsible for the return shipping costs and will not receive a full refund.

I have never encountered such poor customer service and lack of accountability. It is absurd to blame the customer when the company's website is missing important information that could have easily prevented this mistake. I caution anyone considering purchasing anything from this site. It is not worth the headache and financial loss.

Overall, my experience with AM Autoparts has been a major disappointment. I would advise anyone to stay away from this website and find a more reputable company that values its customers and takes responsibility for its shortcomings.

AM Autoparts A Disappointing Experience - Unreasonable Refund Policy and Poor Customer Service

Finally heard back from this company after several efforts to reach them, but it took months to respond. They did agree to issue a refund for the parts I ordered, which amounted to $87.99 with free shipping. Nevertheless, they refused to refund the $63.20 shipping charge I paid for returning the parts. Overall, I'm only getting $24.79 back and have to wave goodbye to the parts. This is an outrageous situation, and the company's stance seems completely nonsensical.

What's even more surprising is their claim that they're making an exception by refunding the part's price, given that it's beyond the 60-day period for returns. However, the long delay in their response was not my fault. It took several attempts before getting a response by email. Despite ordering the parts in good faith, providing all the necessary information about my vehicle via their website, explicitly identifying the exact year, make, and model, they still didn't have the correct items available.

With such abysmal behavior and a business strategy like this, I wouldn't risk wasting my time or money on them again. It's not like I was taking a chance and ordering from a random online platform, as I had followed their website's recommendations based on my vehicle's model and year. This experience has been a total letdown, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same.
