This is a copy of my complaint letter to alpine

his has been a total disaster. Nothing worked out or was executed properly. We came in as a repeat, happy client that regularly recommended and sent new customers to Alpine. We are now the opposite.

We will never use Alpine again, I will also make sure everyone that asks knows how disappointed we are. I will also post complaints on any available online site. You have turned what should have been a simple second mortgage into a nightmare.

We came in needing $35,000 to drill a new well. We now carry a $42,000 second mortgage and have only received just over $10,000. With you holding back an additional 10g because I had a stroke last year that put me on my [censored]. In total we may see about $23,000. How the [censored] does that add up to $35,000.00. WE CAN'T EVEN DRILL THE [censored]ING HOLE WITH THAT. YOU'VE WASTED ALL OUR TIME AND MONEY! WE ARE NOW STUCK WITH A $42,000 MORTGAGE AND NO WAY OF PUTTING IN THE WELL! WE NOW HAVE TO SOMEHOW SEEK OUT OTHER FINANCING!

Throughout this we have been lied to, conned and manipulated. You intentionally drove our interest up by utilizing an appraiser that is clearly dishonest. You never once questioned why YOUR other appraiser, less than a year ago, twice appraised the property at over $265 and the local realtor at $259. You however, took the new $235 appraisal and did not question it. WHY WOULD YOU NOT QUESTION A $30,000 DESCREPINCY IN A SOUND MARKET? You refused to acknowledge my complaint about it being wrong advising me that my mortgage now COSTS MORE! You were clearly only serving the interests of your lender.

This entire effort was a mockery of a supposed responsible, professional company.

Ms. Sobti, you should not have a license.
