was looking online to lower my homeowners insurance. Was offered really low price. Was on phone with them for 2 hrs. Talked to five different people.they cancelled my insurance with my present company and told me at end of conversation would cost 5 hundred more. Told them to cancel policy right away. Got my previous company back. Next day they billed my mortgage company which affected my escrow making my mortgage Pym increase. Called mortgage company to tell them i am not insured with Allstate. Now have tp wait for refund check from them. nightmare never again.

Recommendation: stay away terrible company
