Allstate Insurance Claim ADJ Auto Tec Cons Auto 610 Jonathan Fichman

The Estimate was done on September the 8th. (Claim#[protected]) I have called and email Mr. Fichman and the total loss Dept at [protected] and keep hearing the same old reason why this matter for the my truck is not settle. I have sent a copy of my title and still being asked the same question and being told that Mr. Fichman is not doing his part. I sent him Mr. Fichman a message on 10/04/22 and he called me on 10/05/22 stating that this would be taken care of by 1145hr central time. I checked the website and nothing was done as he stated. I called in to the total loss department and the rep called Mr. fichman and got his voice mail. The rep left a message telling Mr. Fichman to update his paperwork. I was ask t send a copy of my title in which I did. I'm trying to handle this matter on my own, but I can not get anything resolve.

Desired outcome: I need you'll to settle this matter. I was not offered a rental during this whole time while truck been down.

Allstate sent me checks for the claim.

I paid the roofing company and after a few days

Allstate returned a check.

I complained about the wrong check, but Allstate says it's not their fault and they're not responsible. I have lost money and I am suffering.

This wouldn't have happened if Allstate had done the right thing and hadn't issued the wrong check.

Where should I appeal to the injustice I am experiencing?

Allstate Insurance Damage to my vehicle in a traffic accident

On September 13, 2022 my car was involved in a traffic accident with your insured driver, James Talberth. James was at fault and cited for the accident. I have a claim number, [protected]. I was told to call Keith Roland at [protected]. I left many messages. I finally talked to him on September 28, 2022 and told me he does not do estimates. He told me to call Tamela Winston at [protected]. I did call that day, left a message and never heard back. I wrote to her on the Allstate website. No reply. I am running out of patience. I need an estimate from Allstate for the damages to my car from the accident that James Talberth caused! The car is not drivable, so the adjuster will have to come to my home. Allstate Insurance Bad Faith Policy

I contacted your Shawnee Oklahoma Agents to insure a real estate investment property. I told them the residence had not anyone living in it for over 15 years and I would be totally renovating it. The agent told me no problem, wrote m a policy and shortly after I received a letter telling me I would be cancelled within 30 days because shingles were bad, siding was bad and debris was on the front porch. No Kidding this is a total renovation and I was in the middle of a tearout. Since I put a new roof on the property, replaced the siding, hauled off all debris, replaced windows, upgraded electric from knob and tube to 200 amp service and romex wiring, upgraded all sewage and plumbing. I was cancelled 9/16. I am a property investor in Northeastern Oklahoma and will never consider using all state again after the way I have been treated by this agent. I was very upfront about the description of my property and feel this policy was written in bad faith. I will share my experience with fellow investors in the groups I am part of. I know nothing can or will be done about my situation but wanted to share with you my frustrating experience.

Desired outcome: Couldn't imagine what could be done at this point to remedy my situation.

Allstate Insurance Repair, Service

On Sept. 20th, 2022, my vehicle was damaged by an individual insured through allstate insurance. The insured was towing a trailer on I-69 south in Harris County Texas and while driving, chunks of concrete were falling from the trailer. One of the concrete pieces fell from the trailer and struck my windshield causing it to smash. The insured stopped and he gave me his insurance information and TX DL info. I called Allstate and received claim number [protected] and was given agent Gretchen Harbison at [protected] and was told she would call me within 24 hours. I called back on Thursday Sept. 22 and was told my claim was transferred and nothing could be done because Allstate was unable to reach the insured person, Mr. Martin Afaro Lopez. I called again in Sept. 23 and was told the same thing and again on Sept. 26th. I can't reason with Allstate on how they will not inspect or take care of the insurance claim because they can't reach Mr. Lopez. They are not investigating nor trying to assist me in my claim and continue to stall because they can't reach Mr. Lopez. If contact can't be made, it should not be my, the customer's, fault and I have to drive around with a smashed windshield when they could be preparing to repair my vehicle. I have called Allstate multiple times to reason with them, but yet here I am just waiting and waiting because they can't reach their insured person. There should be a time limit as to how long I have to wait till action is taken to repair my vehicle.

Desired outcome: Repair as soon as possible to original condition.

Allstate Insurance claim

I had an accident and no help from Allstate. They insurance my box trailer and when I had an accident didn't help me with my claim and with my storage fees. They kept changing my adjuster from state to state and giving me all different excuses and at the end they said that they wont cover anything. Where my vehicle is stored at is suing me for all the fees that they aren't paying.

mi nombre es nestor zumba escribo por que tengo muchas quejas resulta que el mes de marzo un carro me choco por atras yo no tuve la culpa ize el reporte todo lo que uno ase cuando ay un accidente rsulta que con el tiempo la aseguradora no me quiso y no quiere aserse cargo de nada los costos del arreglo del carro suman unos 3000 dolares esto es injusto que yo este pagando a tiempo mi aseguradora y cuando uno tiene un accidente no quieren ni ayudarte con nada ase unos meses en mayo basado al accidente tuve un complicasion con el motor tube que llamar una grua que me cobro como 180 dolares ise el reclamo a mi aseguradora y ashta la fecha no se me a rembolsado ni un centavo del remolque que clase de servisio es este se supone que estoy en buenas manos y estoy loas peores manos no se puede confiar en ud mis pagos asia la seguradora son a tiempo muy desepcionado de ustedes

Allstate Insurance Flood Insurance

All state canceled my flood insurance. They claim they sent the bill in the mail. I never received the one letter in the mail so I am with out flood insurance. I have to wait 30 days for the insurance to pick back up. I can't believe in this day and time that they can't send an email or second notice prior to it being canceled. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Allstate Insurance Auto Claims Rental Service

My car was hit by someone whose insurance was Allstate. I have had the most frustrating and horrible time with their claims team trying to get my car fixed and a rental during that time. Even though starting July 14th, the Society of Collision Repair Specialists Executive Director Aaron Schulenburg said that Allstate is offering direct bill services for rental car coverage, I have been told multiple times that is not something they offer. Then before I got the rental car, there was no information provided on what rental car to get, so I asked for a comparable car to mine, Toyota Rav4. This was $35 a day, and then on the way back I called Allstate to see how the reimbursement works. They then informed me that I was only allowed a car that was $26 a day, which is not a comparable car and much smaller. I was told that I needed to go back to the rental car company and get a smaller car or I would be paying out of pocket. I have never had to deal with such terrible service and would never recommend having Allstate or dealing with them as a third party.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for their claims service to be updated on what services they actually can provide.

Allstate Insurance Help with a complaint

I have a broken refrigerator I called them to get it fixed I did not have a receipt I had to call costumer service to send me a copy. When I called allstates they told me they could not find my policy. I had to send them the receipt. They are telling me according to their policy it will take 2 days for them to even locate my policy or make a new one. In the meantime I will not have a refrigerator for 4 days.

Why did I by a protection plan that does not seem to be working correctly?

Allstate Insurance Homeowner insurance claim number [protected] and [protected]

I recently helped my friend file an insurance claim on her homeowner insurance policy. After investigation on the claim, she was denied.

The denial came because over 12 years ago, my friend, Trina Franciscotty's, grandma, Louise Buczynski, passed away leaving the house in a trust to Trina and her sister and they did not transfer the policy to their names.

Basically the main breaker to the house blew and Trina is living in this house without full electricity, in one of the hottest places you could live, without an a/c unit, without basic ability to power a portable unit.

Allstate won't even give her a credit for paying on this insurance policy for 12 plus years so she can get this panel fixed or upgraded.

So, here she is, a 60 year old woman living in a house without basic electricity or any means to fix it because an insurance company that she has been paying into for 12 plus years refuses to cover anything due to the policy not being in her name. I know legally it is within your (Allstate) rights to deny the claim and you legally don't have to refund her money for the past 12 plus years of her paying into this policy, but really? You are so heartless as to deny a claim and leave her (Trina Franciscotty), living in a house that she has no means to fix this electrical panel on her own?

Shame on you. The policy has been paid every single year with not one claim against it and you won't even cover one thing that desperately needs fixing.

A basic human need, electricity.

I am thoroughly disgusted and will personally never recommend your company to anyone who owns a home.

Your motto "you're in good hands with Allstate" is a joke.

Your company has no human sympathy at all. Zero.

Desired outcome: Fix this electrical panel, upgrade it.

Allstate Insurance resolution of auto accident

On Aug. 11, 2020 my car was involved in an accident with an Allstate client in a parking lot of a Jewel grocery story, at Lawrence and Central in Chicago. I was exiting the store in a thoroughfare lane when I was struck by a driver also exiting from an access lane.

I contacted my insurance provider, the other driver's provider (Allstate) and Chicago P.D. I explained I was exiting via a two-lane thoroughfare lane, focusing on what was going on in front of me (cars entering, pedestrians on the sidewalk that's bisected by the thoroughfare lane) and did not observe the other driver until she struck my driver's side front quarter panel.

Allstate has determined I'm partially at fault (50%) because I did not take 'evasive action' or provide proper lookout. I dispute this resolution as I believe my attention was properly focused. I feel that full responsibility is on the driver who struck me from the access lane.

Desired outcome: I would like Allstate to cover 100% of my claim and provide rental reimbursement for the time my car is in the garage.

Allstate Insurance Auto Insurance

I have had auto insurance with Allstate for many years (policy [protected]). In 2018, my son was driving his car, covered under my insurance, which resulted in a person saying they were hurt. I contacted Allstate in May 2020 to open a claim ([protected]) when they decided to sue my son and me. Allstate spent several weeks reviewing whether they would cover me or not. They determined that they would and hired a local attorney to represent me, Gary Montgomery. After almost two years, Allstate has now decided to sue me (thank you very much) so they can get out of representing me. As part of their lawsuit against me, they want me to pay their attorney fees when they made the decision to hire an attorney, not me. This has cost me thousands of dollars as I have had to retain an attorney to protect myself against Allstate. I have never been so disgusted with a company. Allstate promised insurance coverage and not only are they not providing it after they said they would -- they are suing me to pay for their decisions.

Desired outcome: Allstate will continue to pay for my legal representation against the civil case because you promised to do so two years ago. Allstate will also reimburse me for the $5,000 in attorney fees I have had to pay to protect myself against them.

I was shopping for a quote online on August 15, 2022. I was then called by a very nice man who confirmed my information and passed me off to an agent. The agent became very rude and wouldn't let me speak when I told him that I had been quoted half the price that he was offering from a competitor. He was still yelling at me through the phone when I finally hung up on him.

Allstate Insurance Gap insurance

I purchased Gap insurance through Allstate when I purchased my new vehicle. My car was totaled when a driver ran through a stop sign. The other insurance has already paid the $18000 towards my car. 60 days later I have still not heard from Allstate even after the credit union that holds my loan contacted them asking them to start the Gap claim. So today I took it upon myself to reach out to them. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. #1 I was not at fault in this accident, so why are you treating me like I was? #2 you have already been sent all documents that you requested from me today, TWICE #3 this has already been a stressful enough situation to where I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get you to pay $1684.00. That’s what the insurance was purchased for. If you have no intentions of paying Gap claims then perhaps you should ask dealerships to stay using your company. I purchased this insurance so I could feel secure if anything like this ever happened. I’m 53 years old and never had to file an insurance claim before. Do what you are supposed to do. Pay the remainder $1684.00. Or fully refund my money that I paid you for the coverage

Allstate Insurance Claims department

We were T-boned by individuals insured by Allstate on or around May 23rd after they ran through a stop sign. They accepted complete responsibility. We have been without an automobile for over two months and we finally requested that they provide an automobile of comparable value to use while our car is being repaired. Apparently there is a shortage of parts that have been on order for two months and they can not give us any idea when they can get parts. Allstate refuses to provide us with a loner unless we pay upfront for it and maybe they will pay us back unless it takes too long or some other excuse they might come up with. In addition, they only authorized a small SUV when our Accura is clearly not considered a small SUV. We will have to pay over $1,000 per month in addition to car payments on a car that we can't use through no fault of our own.

This is not right for us to suffer the consequences of your insured and we are very upset. We are considering other options and may even consult an attorney. This is just not right. We have already been without a vehicle for Two Months. We should not have to pay one dime to make us whole again.

Desired outcome: We need a comparable vehicle to drive until our vehicle that was damaged by your insured is repaired. We can not afford to pay vehicle rental.

Allstate Insurance Claims

I was in car accident 4/29/2022 by one of Allstates insured drivers and I was not at fault, not only did Allstate Not provide me with a rental car but it has been 3 months and still have not received payment after insurance totaled out my vehicle. Originally my vehicle was taken to mechanic shop and was told my vehicle would be repaired and send 2500 to mechanic shop. After further inspection car was totaled out after mechanic shop cashed check for parts. Now they are delaying payment for my vehicle and taking out 2500 from what was offered for my vehicle. I have tried to every day to speak to someone who can help me, and I keep getting the run around. All estate has taken my vehicle to auction and has my title and still has not paid me for my vehicle. This is unfair especially when their driver was at fault, and I am the one without a vehicle.

Allstate Insurance Car Insurance

I spoke with an All-State C/S Agent by phone today asking why a change to the monthly payment had occurred without notification. The Agent was belligerent, and the explanation was incoherent. I attempted to contact my local Agent and the voice mail was gave out an incorrect phone number. I just want a logical, coherent response as to why my monthly payment went from $87 to $131.

Desired outcome: Please tell me why my monthly payment increased. Please provide me with a working phone number for my local agent. The one I was given was not correct or the person does not respond.

Allstate Insurance Towing service

Hello, yesterday my car broke down and I asked for the towing service from Allstate. They told me that towing service would be there in 2-3 hours so I waited. Right at the last moment, they told me that the towing service was canceled and Allstate is finding another service that will take another hour. So I waited, and there wasn't anyone after 1 hour. Then I called the insurance service again and they told me they were unable to find the tow service. They found a new one and I have to pay 115$ out of my pocket as the service was of 215$. Only for 2 miles, everyone else was charging around 100$, how could it have been 215$ in total? I asked an Allstate agent to find me a cheaper one and they came up with one charging 150$ in total and promised me it would be there in 15 minutes. Though I got the towing service's contact after waiting for another hour, I got the towing service contact. I checked with towing service and they said Allstate didn't contact them. I asked Allstate again and then also they said sorry and promised me this towing service will be there in 1 hour. I was so angry, I then got a call from this tow service guy telling me it was 190$ in total, not 150$. After finally being stranded on road for 6 hours I booked an outside service for 104$ only and expected to get a claim from Allstate on that. Over that, I need a strict re-reimbursement and action to be taken for Allstate's pathetic service and poor customer support. I don't pay you guys for being stranded on road for 6 hours and listening to false promises. Had it been winter it would have been with my phone almost dead. I really am mad about your poor service and need strict action and compensation. You can check the history of my calls and your customer care's lies.

Allstate Insurance Home Owners insurance

I am A first time home buyer and was very excited to move into my Freshly renovated home on May 27th, 2022. Unfortunately, a pipe busted in-between my downstairs bedroom and bathroom in June, and this resulted in the entire in-law suite being flooded, as well as furniture and many electronics being declared A total Loss by several reputable loss prevention, electronics repair companies. The restoration estimate is over $10,000 and was quoted to me by empire flooring and other licensed home restoration companies whereas the quote was sent to Allstate. I was offered a check for $1,700. Despite the vinyl flooring being flooded, the adjuster stated they would rather Re-Install it rather than replace it, he stated this multiple times with me over the phone even though I had the water mitigation specialists tell me otherwise. The vinyl flooring is completely unsalvageable and Allstate's Claim Adjuster at the time refused to replace it, until his manager was notified of the problem. Currently the piping in between the sheet rock which was damaged by the burst pipe are exposed through a huge hole in the wall caused by the water. According to my homeowner policy provided to me by Allstate, anything that was damaged by the water would be either replaced or fixed. It is now well over a month and my claim adjuster has been in search of personal contractors that they would rather have quote him personally for the work that would need to be done to make my in-law suite whole again. The issue! no one has yet to contact me, and my adjuster still believes that the work can be completed for $1700 with the vinyl floor being replaced for a similar quality vinyl floor. Now I’m certainly no logistic guru but, I would love to see the licensed company he approves to do all this work for $1700 filmed and documented for quality purposes for claim# [protected]!

My adjuster hardly ever responds to my calls and neither does his manager anymore, both probably frustrated with me for calling them every two days asking for an update on my case or informing them that their third-party contractors have failed to contact me still. It is the adjuster's job to deny or come in low, but the homeowner should still be adequately protected, but I could be wrong on this too, it may possibly be my responsibility to take care of my own losses while paying a company to carry on the “persona” of providing me home insurance. Either way I have had some great insurance companies that treated me WAAAY better than Allstate, guess this is what I deserve for believing in the “you’re In Good Hands” slogan. This by far has been a horrible experience, and I will be informing my future homeowner friends and family to “STAY AWAY” from Allstate!

I am in the process of selling a few of my working possessions to resolve this issue myself, Allstate if you could please return my past month payments that would be greatly appreciated THANK YOU!

Desired outcome: return my past month payments, or repair and replace the flooring, sheetrock, siding, and my damaged possession's
