Flight 32 Las Vegas to Monterey Confirmation# CSWML2

I approached the baggage check in with my mobility scooter, this scooter is brand new VIVE mobility scooter.

Gave the counter lady my license and told her I needed to check my mobility scooter. Yes, I put on my ticket ahead of time that I would need to check the scooter in. In addition, called Allegiant ahead of time on the procedures to take it with me on the plane.

The lady at the counter looked at me as though she has never seen a mobility scooter.

3 more women came over, now there is 4 trying to figure out how to check my scooter in. The names I could get were Alena and Lorena they refused to give me their last names. have pictures of the two ladies, and my scooter at baggage check.

I showed her a picture of what kind of battery the scooter had, taken off of the owner's manual.

Battery is Deep Cycle Lead Acid 12V totally enclosed and leak proof.

The women said, OH NO we can't check that!

I was so humiliated and embarrassed. I have a disability that prevents me from walking for any distance.

This is totally against ADA. Needless to say, this ruined my vacation! Yes, I have reported this to the DOT. I will be seeking a lawsuit, if I do not hear from you and get compensation for your employees not knowing how to check in a mobility scooter and ruining my vacation.

Desired outcome: How do I put a price on Humiliation, embarrassment, vacation ruined and the PAIN I was in daily trying to walk do to not having my mobility scooter.
