Buyer Beware
Absolute terrible customer service. It appears that they are not capable of answering questions regarding problems encountered with installation. They just tell you to repeat the setup process over and over. I believe their technical level is nothing more than following a standard programming procedure. They never directly answered any of my questions. They responded rapidly when I requested a refund, which leaves them off the hook for answering questions to issues encountered. They cover their butts by requiring a 30% fee off the original price paid plus postage. If your car encounters problems after installation, good luck on getting any technical help, since isn't any.
