The garage installed the computer per instructions from All Computers Resources. It would not work it had to be programmed which means the PATS was NOT DELETED and it WAS NOT A PLUG N PLAY as advertised. I chose to keep the computer because I need my car now. False advertisement Poor business ethnics I see many of the same type complaints. I will also complain to E-Bay. NEVER DO BUSINESS with these people!

Claimed loss: None lesson learned.

Desired outcome: I should get a rebate for the PATS not being removed.
