So, I was looking for a wig and decided to give Aliwigs a try. I placed my order on January 8th, 2016 and got a confirmation email. But that's it. I haven't heard anything else from them since then. I mean, come on, it's been a while now. I'm starting to think that this company is not very reliable. And you know what? My bank even called me to confirm the order. That's not a good sign, right? So, if you're thinking about buying from Aliwigs, I would advise you to think twice. Maybe look for another company that's more trustworthy.

So, I was super hyped to get my wig from Aliwigs today. It was my first time getting one, and I was ready to slay. But, let me tell you, that excitement went down the drain real quick. The wig I got was not at all what I ordered. I was so bummed out, like seriously? I was really looking forward to this, and they just had to go and mess it up. I don't think I'll be buying from them again, and I definitely won't be telling anyone to get their wigs from Aliwigs.

Yo, so I gotta tell you about my experience with Aliwigs. I ordered my wig at the end of December and got a confirmation number, but no word on when it was gonna arrive. And when I tried to reach customer service, nada. Zilch. I spent over a hundred bucks on this thing and now I feel like I got straight up robbed. Don't make the same mistake as me, check out this site before you end up in the same boat.

So, I was looking for a hair straightener with steam and I came across Aliwigs. I placed an order for it and waited eagerly for it to arrive. However, when I received the package, I was disappointed to find out that they had sent me a mini straightener instead. I paid $40 for it, but it didn't even work properly. I was so frustrated that I decided to email them four times with pictures of what I had ordered and what I had received. But, to my surprise, they didn't even bother to return my email or my money. It's really sad to see that their website is a scam and they are cheating innocent people like me. I would strongly advise you not to buy anything from them. It's a complete waste of time and money.

I bought three wigs from Aliwigs and I was really disappointed with what I received. The wigs looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I was really upset and asked for a refund. They told me that they could only give me 30% of my money back. I was not happy with this and told them that I wanted to send the wigs back for a full refund. They offered me 50% of my money back, but they also said that shipping the wigs back would be very expensive.

I ordered the wigs on November 4th, 2021 and I paid for faster shipping. However, I did not receive them until December 20th, 2021. This was really frustrating for me because I was expecting to receive them much sooner.

Overall, I feel like I was scammed by Aliwigs. The wigs were not what I was expecting and the customer service was not helpful at all. I would not recommend buying from this website.

So, I was looking for a wig and I found Aliwigs. I ordered one on January 26, 2016. It's now March 8, 2016 and I still haven't received it. I checked my order status and it says it's complete, but I haven't received anything. I got tracking information, but it's been blank for two weeks. I tried to contact them through their chat, but it's like it doesn't exist. I also tried to call them and email them, but nobody responds. I'm really disappointed with their service. I think they're just a bunch of Chinese scammers. I only gave them one star because I had to choose at least one star to post my review. Honestly, I wouldn't give them anything.

I ordered three wigs from Aliwigs and unfortunately, I have yet to receive them. The website stated that the wigs would be shipped out within seven days, but it has been much longer than that. I have tried to reach out to the company multiple times via email, but I have not received any response or updates on my order. At this point, I no longer want the wigs and I am requesting a full refund. This experience has reminded me why I am hesitant to shop online, as there are many scams out there. I am even considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Overall, my experience with Aliwigs has been horrible and I strongly advise against purchasing from this site or company. It is a complete scam and a waste of time and money.

I gotta say, I'm with that other person who left a review - Aliwigs is just not worth it. I bought two wigs from them and they were totally not what I was hoping for. I mean, I get that sometimes things don't look exactly like they do in the pictures, but these were just straight up bad. So I tried to get a refund, and let me tell you, it was a whole ordeal. I had to send a bunch of emails back and forth, and it took forever to get any kind of response. And when I did finally get a response, it was just a bunch of excuses and nonsense. I ended up just giving up and accepting that I'd wasted $100. I'm just glad I didn't spend even more money on this garbage. Seriously, don't waste your time or money with Aliwigs. The wigs are terrible and the customer service is even worse.

I ordered a Full Lace Human Hair Wig from Aliwigs on March 15th, 2016 and I still haven't received it yet! I've sent them five emails and haven't gotten a response. I'm really upset and want a refund right now!

I appreciate that the wig I ordered is customized for me and needs to be processed manually, which takes 25-30 days. I'll try to be patient and wait for it to arrive. I hope it comes soon!

I recently made a purchase from Aliwigs, ordering two wigs for a total of $107. The money was taken from my account the very next day, but I have yet to receive any information about a delivery date. I am starting to wonder if this is a legitimate company, as I have not been able to get in touch with anyone over the phone and the two email responses I received were difficult to understand.

It has now been a month since I placed my order and I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication from Aliwigs. I initially thought I was ordering from Aliexpress, but it seems that I may have made a mistake.

I am determined to expose this company and their shady practices. They have chosen the wrong person to try and rob this time! I urge others to do the same and be cautious when making purchases from Aliwigs.

What they send me is not what I ordered and not has Advertised. Cost me £41 FOR ME TO SEND IT BACK WILL COSTE £51 has its in Hong Kong. They are refusing to pay the cost . I can not afford this and see no reason why I should pay has it's their mistake and False advertising.

I purchased my $369 Order on 3-25-16, YES $369. I saved for this one.

The website stated for a Full Lace wig, it would take 25-30 days. I patiently waited I never contacted them until it had been 35 days.

First, The So-called Live chat that is a Robot and NO One ever Replies I sent over 12 messages in these days.
I have Emailed and Called repeatedly and there is Absolutely NO RESPONSE

After about 11 Attempts I received an email simply stating.

Yes this is the Actual reply, this even knowing that on their Website is still shows Processing, and not Shipped even to this very moment.

I am Pissed. I don't spend money like this and I saved in order to get this, as I figured I would get good use of it.

I try to give Every company the chance to Do RIGHT. I even take time to give Thorough and good reviews when it is Just. I must say, this is quite offensive, due to the fact that before, I paid, I got a reply immediately, yet after I paid, they ignore you.

Please Please DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE...

I pray my product still comes, as I have contacted the BBB and because these people have Left NO INFORMATION they are not able to Help me.

I have ordered a wig from Aliwigs website and they took my money immediately, but I did not receive a payment confirmation email and my tracking number. They never said anything about the delivery date too. I emailed and called many times and there was no response. I also tried their so called live chat but no one answered! It this an actual company? It really looks like a scam! I need some help here and some information how to contact them!

To anyone considering ordering from aliwigs.com, please DO NOT order from them. They are a scam and fraud and thieves. I would not trust any good reviews about aliwigs as it may be the business owner(s) and their cohorts putting up good reviews. It is now a month and my order is yet to be received. No one answers their phone number and no one responds to numerous e-mails sent. Their website has an Online Chatting Service... it does not work. Aliwigs has stolen over $60 through false advertising with the intent to have unsuspecting customers order wigs through their site and they (aliwigs) have no intent to deliver the orders.

Before I placed the order on the website www.aliwigs.com, I checked their return policy. They took orders back and provided refund within 30 days after a purchase. Ok, I placed the order and the wig looked nice on the picture. But in real life, the hairs stuck out right and left, and it looked strange and clumsily. I emailed the seller and he offered me to return the wig and they would add more hairs. Seriously, I was shocked. I didn’t need it. I need my money back. Not recommended.

I purchased two wigs from www.aliwigs.com. I received the order on time as the seller promised. However, the wigs didn’t look alike as on the website. The quality was also poor and I contacted the seller. After numerous emails, he told me that I wouldn’t get full sum back, but he could return $50. Seriously, I have paid larger sum and now I would waste $50. Awful deal. Not recommended company.

This company sold me a low-quality wig for a high price. They refused to give my a full refund even after I returned the wig. I finally asked them to fix the wig so that the wig cap wasn't visible while the wig was worn. They sent a "new" wig but it was sent to the wrong address. I do not have it at this time.
