I placed an order on March 21, 2025 (Order ID: 1111834281100939) for mirror covers listed with the “Free Return within 90 days” label.
The item received was incorrect in color and design. After submitting proof, AliExpress approved the return and sent three emails (April 16, April 17, and May 9) saying I could print the return label. But no label was ever available.
Later, I was told:
– The seller refused to provide a return label
– My order was not eligible for free return
– I exceeded the limit of 5 free returns (which is false – I only made 1 return ever)
I was forced to pay €49 to return a €26.30 item. This violates AliExpress’s own rule that return shipping cannot exceed item price.
I demand a full refund of the €49 shipping fee or the actual return label they promised multiple times.
Claimed loss: €49 shipping fee + weeks of wasted time
Desired outcome: Issuance of promised return label OR refund of €49 return shipping cost.
