I failed payment with an all good, verified prepaid Visa card 6 times the past week at AlieExpress checkout on an item I have been researching, comparing, price checking for 2 weeks.
The seller concerned, AlieExpress Help Centre autobot named ''Eva'' all failed to support or help in any constructive manner for 2 weeks. I requested to be connected with a real person or a supervisor with AlieExpress & nobody gets back to me for a week.
I have a feeling that somehow, someone was attempting to force me into using my personal credit card instead.
Blame me for using only prepared credit cards or giftcards for online shopping as a result of increasing & real online safety concerns. This is my choice. Business that does not like how I pay, no business to them from me.
Furthermore, I found the inability for me to use more than 1 prepaid card for a bigger price item at AlieExpress seems absolutely non-customer friendly & shopper hostile practise.
Last but not least, I posted 2 suggestions at AlieExpress regarding using more than 1 card per order & why they do not honor a good prepaid Visa. NO RESPONSE FROM ALIEEXPRESS AT ALL FOR A WEEK!
