I bought a 10 KWH 48 Volt Lifepo4 Power…
I bought a 10 KWH 48 Volt Lifepo4 Power Wall battery.
The seller without ask changed it from a standard 16 cell battery to a nonstandard 15 cell battery. I complained. No results. Then I noticed the battery voltages and percentages of charge were wrong. Still the company did nothing. Alibaba Trade Assurance took over 30 days to deny my request for a refund. Now I have a really expensive paper weight! Someone said I played Alibaba Roulette, and I lost. Never again!
I do not advise buying through Alibaba!

Recommendation: Do not buy from Alibaba
