Albertsons review: Discrimination, bad customer service

I was shopping with my family at the Albertsons in Escondido Ca, we had a few items and we were heading towards the express lane but we got rejected and we were sent to the regular lanes. I understand, that we had more than 16 items, but the cashier was very rude. Also the reason why we headed towards the express lane was because he had nobody on his lane and there was only two lanes open. The other lane, the cashier was already helping a customer and there was another customer with a cart full of groceries. The other thing that happened, that I was descrinated against was, that the cashier that did not want to help us went to break or something and a different cashier took his place but this cashier took a customer behing us (with more than 16 items)
instead of helping us. They should take the next person in line(which was us). This is not OK, I was treated different and that made me feel descriminated against and I don't appreciate that. Also if he does not customers, but the other cashier is busy, why are we getting turned away from his lane.
