Hi, I Need to file a claim & Compliant, Regarding my food order I paid for In advanced, My food wasn't ready, was told I didn't pick it up when said, when it obvious, it was never cooked, they didn't cook my food at all, until I got their, was just using a time of pick up time as the excuse for not having my food ready, they said I would cook it know, and that's clearly when it would be the first time being cooked

The reason why I paid for my food advanced, It was my sister surprise 60th birthday dinner and Cancer Survivor Party, that was late and very salty [Everyone at the party asked who cooked the chicken, I told them Albertson, they all said it was very salty, so embarrassed, I end up being 2 hours late due to not having my food ready

I Also paid in advance the Birthday Cake from Albertson bakery department, and didn't have a problem at all and Cake Was Perfect, As You Can See, I've been ordering food from Albertson for more than 20 years, This never happened before, "I Will Never Order my food from Albertson again, This was a Nightmare, I'm So Upset, I Wasn't on None of the surprise birthday pictures with my sister ?

Albertson really made my Surprise Party a disaster, I Want a Full Refund and 2500.00 Claim against consumers affairs, I Will be filing a Complaint Department of Food, Albertsons need to take accountability for ruined my birthday surprise dinner and Cancer Survivor Party, Consumers grievance.
