In today's society we have many choices as to where we want to purchase our food and sundry items. What will bring a customer into your place of business, being as what you are selling can be purchased in numerous other establishments, is 1) price, 2) sale items. 3) CUSTOMER SERVICE. Since Albertsons purchased Safeway the prices have increased. Most general what is on the weekly sale is also on the competition's weekly sale. That being said, customer service should be the driving force for business. I have increasingly noticed the affect of the employees at Albertsons #0711 becoming more and more disgruntled and short. Today I was in store 0711 trying to buy fried chicken, which was a click and save item. I had to download the app, and told the deli person I wasn't ready to proceed. I like to watch them pack my chicken as so many times I've been shorted or come home with more wings and no legs etc. The deli person packed up my chicken and handed it to me before I was ready. She then walked off. I wanted to purchase a deli salad but the two employees behind the counter ignored me, continued to visit amongst themselves, and basically blew me off. Quite honestly, if this is the accepted norm for Albertsons/Safeway employees, then my business needs to be taken elsewhere. I wish you luck in maintaining loyal returning customers. Can't believe that you have more customers than you can handle.

We do not have many choices. Since Albertsons bought out Safeway, they have taken away any choice. Long time customer, saw many quit. Others say that I knew for years, it is now a horrible place now to work. Long time managers at my Safeway store quit. Some choice. We are in trouble with cooperate stores. Higher prices and "it's just tough stuff" people.
l don't kwon how many times the baggers / checkers will put raw meat chicken or pork right on top of fruit bowls or a bag of ice. Don't you train people? The other thing is the wieght of the bags . l don't know how many times l have picked up a bag so full the side rips out and my stuff dumps all over the driveway or the parking lot!1 lt happen today! l grab the bag and tears there go my stuff! 1 fruit bowl @ $4.99 and my bag of ice with a pack of raw chicken on top . What the hell people? l don't want to get sick do you? It doesn't do any good to complain, the manager is rude! Albertson store at 5415 S.W. Beaverton Highway is a rude bunch of people including their managers who come nd go like a summer breeze. They treat seniors with contempt, will short change you and violate civil rights laws Act 42. They have a fleet of ambulance chaser attorneys who cover for their discriminating actions but will say how philanthropic and courteous they are to customers, that they are not. There prices are too high and non-competitive with Winco and Wall mart. They are a flim-flam outfit. Their veggies are often old and wilted. and old, dusty canned goods. A poor choice for grocery shopping.
