I ordered $691.36 cents worth of clothes and clutches. I opened the box, I noticed right away that some of my items were missing. I contacted the seller and they stated I should send them what I received. They investigated and came back and tell me that they sent all the items. I told them I didn't get all my items, im missing $281 dollars of my items. They told me that because I didn't paid for package protection, I will not get my items or my money back. So, what should I do? I don't know who to call, there is no number to management!

they are so rude in customer service, no solution to my issue, im missing a lot of money worth of stuff. i think they didnt send all the items.
