staff unaware of whether discount is applied and removed prices
Good morning,
On Saturday I visited your store in deerpark estate in Killarney, co.kerry to buy 2 pairs of eden jeggings.
I noticed that there was a big 20% off sale sign above the rail, but no actual price on the jeggings themselves, however I buy these regularly and knew they cost either 28 or 30 euro.
When I went to pay, the total was 60 euro, and I asked if that was with the 20%discount and was told it was. I was sure this was wrong, but paid for them and went back to look at the rail to see if there was a price. All except one pair had the price torn off, and the one that did have the tag said 30 euro.
I found a member of staff who muttered something about the til not taking of the discount correctly and another lovely assistant refunded me the 12 euro with apologies.
My point is that it's not right to not display the price, or in this case actually remove the price.
It didn't feel like an honest mistake and I'm considering making this observation in a public forum.
As I said, I buy these jeggings regularly and I know the price, so this was disappointing.

jumper poor quality
Hello. I received a jumper as a gift. The jumper started to come away at the neck line. I'm very disappointed with the quality and will have to throw it away as I don't think it can be saved. I only have this jumper for less than 3 months and I would expect it to last way longer. I look forward to hearing from you.Please see attached pictures of jumper. It's a real rip-off store, be very careful and avoid them.
I purchased three dresses. When I got them I was shocked by a terrible quality and couldn't believe that this brand provides cheap products. I sent them back wanting to get a refund. The shipment is not free, remember, ladies. Even if it's not your fault and you're not satisfied.
Ok, I paid and... that's all. Since then I haven't received any information from them, though it's been about two months. Where's my money, guys?

Not worth it!!
Hello. I had a bad experience with Dorothy Perkins online store. I have ordered an item from them which was on sale and when they took my money I realized they charged the original price of the product. I contacted Dorothy Perkins customer care and they said that there was a mistake on their website, that item wasn't actually on sale. I'm absolutely disappointed with how unprofessional this company is! They said I'll get a refund but still no sign of my money and they reply very slowly. I will not buy from them again even if I really get my money back. This store is just not worth it.
late payment fee
i have a monthly direct debit set up payment was recieved on 5/11/10 which was £4.00, on the 11/11/10 i occured a late payment fee of £12. would it be possible to be informed of why i have occured these charges as a monthly direct debit has been an ongoing every month and have never missed a payment, i have tried calling on numerous occasions and i have got an automated service which occurs very high telephone charges and no-one to help with this matter. could you get this rectified as soon as possible.

Went on to Dorothy Perkins US website. They were having their big sale so I thought now was the time I would purchase the jumpers I have been admiring! I picked out 3 cute ones and it came to just over $82 :)
Money was taken from my account right away and I received an email very quickly that my order was dispatched. i tried clicking on the tracking number provided for me but it said that “this package can not be traced”. That made me nervous but I have had a few packages like that before so I wasn’t incredibly worried, plus, it said that I would received my items by a certain date.
Sadly, it is now pass that certain date. I have emailed 3 times and have only gotten generated responses.
I have called and got no heart whelming answers. Only that because the tracking number they provided me with doesn’t track the item, I can only hope that I get my items. I am absolutely heartbroken.
My husband and I have 6 kids and we never buy ourselves anything. This is the one time that I was in desperate need of new sweaters and felt that I deserved to splurge. Now, not only am I out the $82, but have no clothes to show for it.
