After paying $25 for aiseesoft. Coms iphone transfer program, I spent a week trying to get the software to work and it didn't. I've spend the last three weeks trying to get back my money. This company's website states; 100%, 30 day, "money back guarantee" and has a written refund policy! I notified the company through a dozen or more emails and they finally responded after a week and a half and several dozen emails. I paid for this software using my paypal account and filed a claim with the them, however because its computer software, paypal's small print does not cover "software" so i'm totally out of luck! This company is a ripoff!
I tried to unlock my mother's locked iPad multiple times. This software fails as soon as it says that it has unlocked the device. I don't think this software actually works. Great way to waste 60$...Very disappointing.
AIseesoft do not reveal any country or physical address where they operate or is registered. No real person in charge. Everything seem to be anonymous behind internet. Also refunds are not unconditional, and in best cases if they ever accept a refund, they take 20 % commission. Do not buy!
I downloaded software and installed per their program and I could not connect to my phone. I spent an hour working thru their troubleshooting notes, setting parameters on my phone. These were fairly exhaustive settings and I felt uncomfortable about opening my phone security to allow this software to connect to my PC but felt OK since it was connecting to my PC only. After many tries, it never connected. I purchased another vendors software and in less than 5 minutes, it connected to my Phone, and was scanning for lost files. I asked for a refund and after several emails, they want further private information of my PC, ( Computer name, to open Hidden Files and send copies of these to them ) and I will not do this. I have never had any company ask for this. Seems like it would make my system to Open to be Hacked.
There must be a way we can take these guys on! the internet is a powerful thing !
Same problem with refund. I purchased Aiseesoft Total Video Converter and was dissatisfied with the quality and asked for refund. They kept giving me the run-around, wanting me to send them the video I converted. They had a 90 satisfaction guarantee but never did refund my money.
Hello, I am in the same boat! At this point it isn't even about the money ; it is about the principal. Their customer service give you the run around . I sent them screen shots of the website showing the 90 Day Money Back. In one email they wrote:
1.As for your situation, we have explained that our program can only scan the original deleted data which existed on your device,
but if the deleted data were overwritten by some operations like send/receive new message,
this will overwrite the deleted data on your device after you lost your message,
so our program can only scan partial lost files or there will be no deleted messages scanned for you.
But when you look on their web-page this information is NOT on there.
I am having a similar issue with AISEESOFT TOTAL VIDEO RECORDER. It does not work with Windows 7 64 bit. I have gone back and forth with them also and they will not just send me a refund so I can move on. I have NEVER had problems with software not working to this level. It freezes at startup and does not work at all. DO NOT buy AISeesoft Total Video Recorder for Windows 7 64 bit. Look around. There are others that will do the job without issues.
