The service does not work, if you email them, you get a bot everytime, worst customer service, They wont give you a refund and make you run circles,, After 10 emails or so, the bot says they will give you 50% back,,, then when you go to your bank and get a full refund,, they come back and offer you 80 $% refund,, dont ever buy anything from this company... youll be sorry.

After weeks of writing with the support since 2nd of December 2022, no solution came. I had to send many files, screenshots, mails, explanations, but still my 2 iPhones are locked. When I finally entered one phone, it asked me for the password of my Apple ID. The reason why I bought it... Support continuously sends you to technical stuff and claims to help. They helped me to get crazy. I requested my refund many times, but they simply talk about other stuff. I could get other software, same value as my purchase... They really don't get it.

i have an ipad 9th gen that is locked "iPad not available" nothing else on the screen.

i seached the web and came across "aiseesoft". they claim that their software "Aiseesoft iPhone Unlocker - 1 Year/3 iOS Devices" will unlock any iPhone or iPad. this is stated at the front of the software. at a cost of $80+ Australian dollars. i downloaded registered and tried the software over a number of hours trying everything they said to do. nothing worked. straight away i wrote them an email explaining the issue and I received a whole bunch of rubbish about if the screen displays this "activation lock"/"apple id"/"password"

"If so, we're sorry that our software cannot help you to unlock it, you can see the information on our official website.

that was not what was displayed. they presumed that the ipad was not registered, it is registered. and going further down the email they wrote.

Purchased 'fone lab - phone data recovery 11/9/22 (download) order # [protected].

Could not locate the phone on their list to retrieve data, so manually entered phone details, pressed ok, goes back to same screen. Several attempts to contact support, no link or comes up with a screen, 'hmmm... Cant reach this page. Contacting bank provider 12/9/22 to retrieve costs of $88.90. Found page of several other complaints with hardly any resolution to contact aiseesoft. Scam website.2checkout support

I purchased this software to "Wipe Passcode" from my iPad. I figured with a 30 day guarantee it was worth a try. After completing all the required steps, I got the message "You have unlocked your device successfully." I tried to open my iPad, and the lock was still there. I emailed them requesting a refund. They responded and sent an "Updated link" for me to try. I did, and got the same results. I again emailed a refund request. They responded and asked for screenshots and a detailed explanation of the problem. After sending what they asked for, I got this response:

They will only issue a refund if there is a bug or technical issue? This is deceptive. Along with the software not supporting unactivated devices, that information needs to be stated in bold letters right under their claim of a 30 day guarantee.

I didn't see the option to "try before buy" when I purchased, and how well would that even work? The guarantee was enough to ease my worries this wasn't a scam.

I'm out $50. Their product was useless to me, and had they stated certain important information up front, like reputable companies do, I wouldn't have purchased. I hope this review will help other buyers beware.

The software could not recover what I wanted and I immediately requested my money back on the following day 28 May 2022 as per their 30 day money back guarantee just to be told about all kinds of issues and that they can not refund me.

I purchased the iPhone unlocker for $50 plus dollars and it did not work after several attempts. I had to go to the Apple Store to pay for a service. I am battling with them through PayPal because they are not honoring the 30 day money back guarantee they show right next to the button to buy the product. This sounds like an untrustworthy company to me.

I purchased this product with the understanding that I would be able to unlock my daughter's iPod without the passcode. The download link didn't even work and when I requested a refund they turned me down stating they couldn't find any issues with their software. I have disputed the charge with my cc company and hopefully I can get my money back that way.

I purchased their iPhone / iPad unlocker software and, after purchasing it, immediately found that it wouldn't unlock an iPad unless it was activated. This made their product worthless. You had to read the fine print to see that it couldn't unlock a non-activated iPad. One of their competitors prominently let you know before purchasing that their product can't unlock a iPad / iPhone that is not activated. Aiseesoft doesn't do that. Aiseesoft shows 247 reviews with 5 stars. There is nothing to back that up. Customer support replies once a day late at night. They claim to have 30-day money back guarantee. It's not true. They will not give you your money back.

THey say they can unlock your icloud Activation And they can't. It says you have to activate the phone first, well you cant activate a icloud locked phone. THEY LIE. I requested a refund like they say they will give if its within 30 days of purchase, and mine was. Yet I never received a refund a email nothing. False advertise Totally a scam.

This software fails to unlock an IPhone after many attempts. It freezes up every time! After trying to reach "support" several times and receiving the same message, "Support Unavailable AtThis Time", I gave up and took it to a shop. They refuse to refund my purchase, sending the same email messages stating they are unable to verify a problem! And in case you are unaware, this is a yearly subscription! They will continue to charge you unless you cancel through Paddle, which is a bit you have to work with! BUYERS BEWARE!

The latest version of this software fails to restore an iphone after numerous attempts precisely following the directions provided. The software frezzes with nno recovery of my iphone.

Aiseesoft is horrible at customer service and more than shady in their
way of conducting business. They advertise a '30 day money back guarantee'
but when taken up on it, they just refer to fine print, that legally
covers them.
They don't have your best interest at heart. They advertise that their
products can do wonders for you, but when they don't, their customer
service is no help and they don't refund your money. Stay away from
any Aiseesoft product, if you wish to get good products and good
service. They ripped me off and I want you to not suffer the same
fate.

I downloaded software and installed per their program and I could not connect to my phone. I spent an hour working thru their troubleshooting notes, setting parameters on my phone. These were fairly exhaustive settings and I felt uncomfortable about opening my phone security to allow this software to connect to my PC, but felt OK since it was connecting to my PC only. After many tries, it never connected. I purchased another vendor's software and in less than 5 minutes, it connected to my Phone, and was scanning for lost files. I asked for a refund and after several emails, they want further private information of my PC, (Computer name, to open Hidden Files and send copies of these to them) and I will not do this. I have never had any company ask for this. Seems like it would make my system to Open to be Hacked.

On Friday August 6th I ordered this to fix an Iphone8S.
After many attempts, the software would error out. It wouldn't go past Step 1.

I contacted Aiseesoft after a couple of days to let them know that the system was not working for me and that I'd like a refund. I've been weery of ordering these softwares online but I was desperate and figured there was a return policy and thus this should be easy right? Wrong.

The company asked for step by step details and wanted a screenshot. I don't have the phone as it's now in the 'shop' for proper repair. I explained what happened. The company is blaming me for not being able to show them what is wrong and are saying they will only refund if there is a major system problem - I guess trying to blame my phone was they asked what condition it was in.

I asked on numerous occassions just to refund and do the right thing. I've now been in contact with my credit card company to reverse the charge. But I want to warn others NOT to deal with them.

I have requested a refund within 2o minutes of downloading the product and trying to use it which nothing came of it except wasting my time. The company stated 24.7 customer service and yet there is not such thing as well as no contact number and I sent numerous of emails before anyone responding and when they respond its a constant run around about why they do not want to give my money back and nearly $70 is a huge deal as a single mother of two kids and money being wasted on a product that does not work! I have wasted more of my time than imaginable emailing with these people to get my refund and yet all they do is play games. Their product does not work and is nothing but a scam! I want my money back!

My Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is broken and I wanted to recover the data from the phone.

After repeated attempts with the Dr. Fone, Aisee Soft program, I could not make it work at all.

I have tried to contact the company about this, but when I try to send them a message, providing the exact information asked for (name, date of transaction, digits on credit card), their system won't work. This obviously as scam, and I want my money back ($39.95).

Hello,

I purchased blu ray software from Aieesoft to convert my Macbook pro into being able to use blu ray DVDs on my personal computer and it doesn't work. I purchased this on the 13th for $41.00. I want a full refund back. I have talked to a customer support person by the name of Shirley who informed me I would not be able to get a refund back, and she kept making excuses as to why I couldn't get w refund back. One excuse was she couldn't find my registration code, which I went online and found for her. Please help me resolve this issue.

Ordered Aiseesoft mxf converter under the auspices of a 30-day money back guarantee. Found that none of the files rendered with the software (mp4, wmv, avi at various specifications) would sync with Pluraleyes in my video editor.

I requested a refund after a weekend of troubleshooting their software. I've wasted a substantial portion of my week explaining the situation about a dozen times to different people in their "support team." They've refused to issue refund.

The software is a joke and their return policy is, as well. Please avoid at all costs.
