I was traveling with my family islamabad to karachi on 9th september in morning 9 clock by pa201 but ground staff said u r not allowed on plan bcz u r pregnant and u r going up by 32 weeks they offload me. I have booked ticket for my brother from khi to quetta dated 10-aug-2021 flight no PA-502 through my debit card. At the time of boarding counter manager told him that your debit card is not verified so you are not allowed. My brother told her kindly issue same ticket on cash she told him ticket counter are closed now so you can get your refund through booking counter. He went to booking counter and ask for refund but representative ask him to bring Id card and debit through which booking is placed. Today was my semester exam so I was not available at that time. At noon when I went with him to bring my debit card and cnic they told me that 4000 will be deduct from refund. In this covid time when someone prefer online booking so why their is so much hurdles their staff didn't coperete properly. And didn't properly guide him. So kindly it's a request from higher management to refund my whole ticket money or booked another on same amount. Contact no [protected]

I booked a ticket from Islamabad to Dubai for June 16, 2021. Due to flights banned the flights were not available. Now I am requesting to get the ticket refunded.

I travelled to UAE Via Kenya and had been there for 15 days quarantine and could not file an application for the refund earlier.

I called the customer services but they say that the ticket is expired.

Could you please help on this.

FLIGHT DELAY on 16-1-21 from Sharjah to Islamabad.

It is highly deplorable that Airblue has become a source of continuous tension and anxiety for its customers. Frequent flight delays with extremely poor customer service which even don't bother to inform customer about flight delays results in customers waiting in airport for hours.

Management need to look into matter seriously and pay attention to its customers who are suffering from their negligence and indifference.

I've booked a ticket and it was supposed to deduct 1,055 but then I received a message of 1,091 and from my bank actual deduction was 1,123. As per the air blue sales team, it's due to currency translation. As per market rate, it should be less than 1,055 but I have charged AED 68 more and I'm boycotting this airline in the future. I expect the refund of the extra amount charged and the breakup of full overcharged amount along with currency translation rate at the time of transaction.

I tried booking my flight with airblue they took my money and didn't issue the ticket and now i am just running after them to issue my refund but nothing at all. I tried emailing and calling but no positive response can anyone tell me what should i do.
Everytime i contact them they say that the request is with the concerned department, they don't even say when will i get the refund

I had booked my flights with you from Islamabad to Karachi with my family I am fro the uk, I did not have my credit card to verify the booking so I purchased new tickets and was refunded my old tickets at your Karachi office it's been over 2 months and a I have sent numerous emails and they keep telling me the refund has been processed but taking longer due to Covid 19, this has been 2 months can you please get the resolved as I am very annoyed that no one has taken ownership of this complaint

the request is that there is a boy named Aqib Shehzad working in Airblue Peshawar office, his attitude is not right with the customer, in these most difficult situations he neither listens to anyone's mobile nor responds to WhatsApp. No, not on the official email
He is such a proud man that we will soon go to court.
Therefore, we request you to remove these immature children and save the Airblue.
If this guy stays in the office, maybe we can leave this field.

Hi I want to complaint about Airblue Duty manager and Jeddah Airport today 9th Jan 2020, y flight number is 671.
5:50 am flight from Jeddah to Peshawar.

Airport staff manager miss behaved with me I just asked him for wheelchair for my mother he said it's charagable I asked him to show me policy I never paid for it he started shouthing I asked me to get lost.

I tried to ask him for his name but he refused.

He was not wearing any badge so I could know his name but he was the person incharge.

These type of people do not deserve to represent our county abroad nor the airline.

I took pa-817 from dubai to multan on 22nd dec-2019, due to fog flight was diverted to islamabad. We were placed at check-in lounge & temperature was 4-degree centigrade... There wasn't any facility to get warm & take rest, even there was no one to tell when there ll be next flight to multan or how much time we ll have to wait for departure in this sizzling cold

Airblue head of airport operations at Jeddah airport is an extremely ignorant, rude and disgusting man. We missed our flight and upon requesting him to let us board He yelled and screamed at women and was abusive in his words. He yelled out threats "you wont be able to leave Saudi Arabia in your entire lifetime" Is this the behavior towards people who just missed their flight? He is highly unhelpful and totally disrespectful towards Airblue passengers if Airblue keeps employing such people it will go bankrupt in no time inshallah. Airblue needs to replace its Pakistani male staff head in Jeddah cause he is harming Airblue in such a way that no amount of apology later can fix. Highly unprofessional, aggressive, rude, violently disrespectful and ignorant staff. This Airblue employee head of operations at Jeddah Airport was just short of being physically violent with female Airblue passengers. He yelled out threats saying "you will never be able to leave Saudi Arabia in your entire life time" and screamed and screeched like its no one's business that too umrah pilgrims on their way back. What a horrible airline and horrible staff. IF this does not concern Airblue i dont know what will!

It's to bring in your kind notice that on 2nd August 2019 I had a flight from KHI to LHE via PA-404 my booking Reference # CPNPFA unfortunately I reached late at boarding counter at 7: 30 pm where Miss Nida & Miss Kiran behaved very rudely & took me to task like a teacher that why I am late, I apologise many times then hardly she gave me boarding pass & asked me to reach Gate # 16 in 5 minutes I said that am not Athlete & Miss Nina said if u could not reach in 5 mnts I will cancel your boarding so I ran towards gate # 16 you can check via cctv cameras & reaches at 7:45 on gate # 16 where Miss Mahvish & Miss Vanessa refused to check me in I showed my boarding pass Miss Mahvish held me boarding pass & tore it into pieces & spoke very vulgar words you can check via cctv cameras & I had to get another ticket via PIA to reach Lahore

I can't expect such a non professional attitude by an Air Line staff kindly look into this matter seriously & take actions I will also sue via court & each member of staff will be answerable in court for this humiliation, thanks

My wife pregnant and and i have a madical report to this report confrom to this lady has no problem to tarvel to air lines but they stop my wife my according they policy air above 28 week they will not travel to airblue it was not my mistak i have a clarification report to no problem to travel they will send me back now i need my money back so plz take action my report and return my complete money

It is to inform you that my luggage not received yesterday when my Family members traveled from Jeddah (JED) Intl' Airport to Multan (MUX) Intl' Airport via AirBlue flight # PA-871 dated Jul 29, 2019.

It was communicated by Multan Airport staff that missing luggage available at Jeddah Airport and ll' be sent to Multan Intl' Airport via 1st available flight.

Please look this matter on priority and make delivery possible as soon as earliest.

With due respect to Mr. Chairman Shahid Khakan Abbasi. Today 29th July, I was with my family on air blue departure luggage counter for boarding. My wife and my 2 kids were traveling by flight 731 from jeddah to Karachi. It is mentioned on ticket 30kg luggage each traveler. It means total weight of 3 baggage must be 90kg on 3 tickets. It was exactly 90kg in 3 bag, 2 bags were 25kg and 3rd bag was 40kg. The guy with ganja /takla head and his fatty team leader said me in very harsh words take your luggage away and reduce 10kg from 40kg bag, I requested them that it's allowed 90kg on 3 tickets. He answered me how can you 3 person travel in one tickets. I replied them sir we have 3 tickets how you say me these words without having look on my tickets. He said go away and do what I said. Than I asked him please show me your badge I need to complaint about your misbehavior. He said who are you to see my badge in louder. Than I said insha ALLAH I will complaint about you in anyway.
The most important there was bangali loader, he brought some luggage of Pakistani guy. It was over weight arround 7kg. When I saw on screen than I said to that ganja/takla boarding man if you take bribe through bangali to clear that man over weight luggage you will eat earn haram and this haram will cause your kids insha ALLAH.

As proof I uploaded my tickets.
I want quick action against his misbehavior and 100% he's taking bribe to clear extra baggage. Kindly remove him from this position, these kind of black sheeps make air blue netorious.

Otherwise reply me his on my email his address in Jeddah, I need to hit him anyway.

Am approaching Mr. CEO Shahid Khakan Abbasi for quick action against him.

I assure you, you can hire someone to investigate Jeddah boarding team on departure luggage counter and check how they are earning thousands Saudi riyal by loader bangali guys.
This is very serious matter please take action.
Actually they want me to pay them under the table and they know this guy will not pay them any single penny which was the main reason.

I was travelling from shj to isb and I was having 1 pc same as booked in my ticket but it was oversize. There were 2 airline representative ladies nayab & janice who spoke with me in a very bad way same like they are illetrate. They dont know even how to speak with the passenger.in front of all passengers nayab she insulted me & shouted on me saying that madam apko smjh ny arahi 1 bar k mai kia bakwaas krahi hun. I was shocked how come they can speak with a passenger this way. She called the porter and said to him that throw her luggage aside coz shes not removing herself. Action should be taken against her otherwise I need to approach higher management. Im so pissed off and plannd not to travel with this [censored]tt airline again. No respect at all and no ettiquettes at all.

When will I get my amount back for ticket I have booked to travel from Islamabad to Karachi and flight PA 205 on 26th April, 2019 that has been cancelled 3 times without any reason given, which has caused lot of distress for me at that time, yet again same distress I am experiencing in refund of this ticket. Submitted refund request in ISE Tower, Islamabad office on 16th May 2019.

Expecting refund of ticket asap or clear status what going on.
