Excellent service. From our estimate with John to the installation with Mike Smith and his team, everything was 5-star. John actually found some faulty wiring from a past A/C installation and repaired it on the spot during the estimate. No charge. John was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, explained all our options and patiently answered all our questions. There's no price tag on peace of mind. Air Docs of the Treasure Coast is excellent.

Techs came out to install new unit and were great! Called an emergency number on Sunday, 2 weeks after install because unit stopped working. Was told by customer service representative there was nothing they could do that day as they were booked up. Told her it seemed unacceptable we paid a significant amount for an AC unit and 2 weeks later it quit working. She insisted several times they could not adjust anything to come out. Told us they couldn't come out until Monday in the afternoon. In the meantime had to call and pay for another company to come out and fix a problem that was clearly done during installing the unit, just to survive the heat, until Air Docs of the Treasure Coast could come out. Extremely disappointed in the customer service, not willing to budge or work with a customer or even squeeze us in, after paying all that money for a unit. 24 hr. number means 24 hr. service if you need it, which we thought we had.
