Air Arabia double charging on revised booking

Myself and husband booked separately 2 tickets to COK for 10 Sept. and revised booking to an earlier date on 21/July. While on revision, payment online calculated both the tickets value and paid the sum by mistake. Please assist how i can get the refund of initial ticket price. Air Arabia wrong card number on ticket issued

Dear Customer Relations Air Arabia,

Below is the email for Ticket booked for my Friend in Ukrain.
When I received the ticket I went to Airarabia Office in Al Guhrair Centre Deira and Requert them to verify the Card payment Unfortulally when She checked the Ticket card Number was not matching with card number used for ticket purchase.
Payment was made by Visa Debit card and Ticket was showing master card with another number
I tried calling myholidays.com many time but no agent was available to help I send them email
No replay as result she miss the flight because of verification of credit card.
Please requesting you to look in to it and refund the amount since it's was not our fault and plus we missed the flight because of wrong card number whic can't be verified.

Air Arabia I am complaining about my ticket

I reserved my ticket for 7th august but the internet agent send me the ticket for 7th september. So I want help to change my ticket because in russia I don't have enough visa I need to change it as early as possible

Air Arabia service

Hi my name is manikandan i am from Chennai 23.7.2019 Today i have to plan travel chennai to salalah i book ticket already flight exactly landed sharjah in 7.30 transfer flight sharjah to salalah 7 35 depature i am going straight depature gate i have not spend even one minute also in other place i drop out flight then direct towards gate only gate no 21 one person is there i don't know about him he telling me just wait still have time but dlight already gone then i explain to transfer desk guys they not supported me i want to go night shift today they giving only sharjah to muscat ticket this one not enough for me muscat to salalah i only book airlines very worst case no one help me thia first time i book air Arabia airlines next time i will never book this airlines i hate this service

Air Arabia unethical non humanitarian behaviour of air arabia staffs

Dear customer care manager,

I have travelled from coimbatore to Muscat via sharjah on 29.6.19 by G9414/ G9112.
On 29th when I check in at coimbatore airport for the flight G9414 the air Arabia staffs weighed hand luggage 1 PC and check in luggage 1 pc and confirmed weight is ok, you can proceed to board. Since early morning flight in the airport after sec. Check I purchased snacks, sweets and eating food items and accordingly carried separately along with hand luggage .
Once I reached sharjah airport after security check moved via gate to catch flight G9112 as there is only 45 mins to catch the flight and it was rush in sec. Checking. Suddenly in between air Arabia staff Ms.Anita - staff I'd 41364 and Mr. Khalid blocked my way and weighed again and i said you have 2 kgs more I explained it is food and my passport papers need to take tablets after breakfast .

They both are harsh with me and said you have to pay min. Of 100dhs else you cannot board, I said I have only 7 omr so pls allow and only 20mins to board but they denied, then I gone to near by atm withdraw money and undergone same checking process again, it shows NO HUMANITARIAN with air Arabia staffs and wrong approach with passengers it is just to take money from passengers.

My question why they allowed in initial departure at coimbatore and catching in transfer at sharjah . Last 15 years I am travelling every year through air Arabia, for the first time this year is worst worst experience. IN FUTURE I WILL NEVER TRAVEL WITH AIR ARABIA AS THEY ALLOW STAFFS TO MISBEHAVE. I undergone so much pressure during that tenure.

I explained in detail to make understand clearly the situation.

Air Arabia flights frankfurt - marrakech

We booked and paid 4 tickets from Frankfurt to Marrakech and back for October - November 2019. The airline cancelled the flights beginning of July 2019. Up to now we did not get our tickets refunded. Air Arabia does not respond emails, provides customers only with costly phone numbers and when we try to call they stop the call as soon as they hear what we want.

Air Arabia misinformation and using customers desperation for money.

I was traveling from dammam to Mumbai with One stop at Sharjah I was carrying 3 bags, 1 hand carry, 1 luggage and 1 laptop bag
My hand carry was 9.6 kg within the limit, and it got approved at dammam, so as I landed in Sharjah air Arabia officials took my boarding pass and weigh on my handbag+laptop bag and said it's overweight, I was like "excuse me I got approved in dammam and my hand bag is 9.6 within the limits, how can you include my handbag too?!" So they charged me an huge amount of else they threatened that they will not let me fly, so eventually after arguing I paid the money, I went back and read all the terms of luggage carry at air Arabia and it never included the weight of laptop bag, I want to know the reason and on what Basis are they charging me, and present me the clauses and terms which specifically states the issue of hand baggage.

Air Arabia luggage

I called air Arabia a night before my flight was scheduled asking them about the luggage. Told The lady from the customer service that I have purchased my ticket through a site and did pay with my credit card and when I tried to add luggage I couldn't do it on the air Arabia app. She told me that they don't accept credit cards from the US. And asked her how much would I pay at the airport and told me 200dh for 20 kg. And asked her about 15kg. She said 50dh. Then today at the airport at the check in the girl there was not professional. And she want me to pay 200dh and said the minimum they do is 20kg for 200dh. Plus I had another luggage that she told me is too big to take in with me and asked me to pay for it. I always bring this luggage with me in. Never had a problem, but this girl made a big deal out of it. So she made me pay 200dh for it
And when I was in the plane I saw lugagges the same size as mine and have a pic of it.
I'm just asking to take this girl down and bring ppl with good customer service.

Air Arabia very rude, not well educated staff and no pro client behaviour at all!!!

As a frequent traveler all around the world, I can say it's the worst air company I've ever had experience! Due the traffic and many police and military checks on the way to the airport and at the airport even before check in you needed to screen all bags 2 x ... I got to the information counter for check-ins 50 mins before departure. I wasn't allowed to go on the flight, at info counter they told me to wait for the staff from the office managing my original flight and that they will exchange the tickets for the new flight same day afternoon for few dollars ... I waited over an hour, then 2 very fed up personal came, almost didn't want to talk to me and just argued and were pretty rude. Didn't try to help and just told me you have to buy new ticket and nothing is flying today! They even didn't want to cancel my second connected flight and I was siting there, waiting for their suggestion, help and they totally ignored me!

Air Arabia check-in-baggage

I booked ticket for My Employee to travel on 1st July 2019. and paid for Check in baggage. thru TAJAWAL FLIGHT.

In Jaipur air port, Air Arabia Staff created a lot problem, not allow us to take Luggage saying that this ticket you given is duplicate and abuse him.

Due to that he has called his friend at 3AM and send back luggage. as he travel 250km approximate from his village.

Kindly look in to matter and do the needful

I was visited in ur airline on 24.6.2019 from Sharjha to Delhi at 18.35 pm the air hostess having Japanese look I don't remember her name and other girl behavior was very rude they hv not returned the change of about 30 Indian rupese and I hv not get the food but I hv ordered when I ask about the food and money her behavior was unexpected and further the other thing which I hv experienced was no free water in the plane and ur crew members asking for charity very strange

Air Arabia delays in bags and meals not provided

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction on flight G9389 from Sharjah to Beirut dated 27 June 2019. The first complaint about the meal: I selected eggs meal and paid extra fees, however, I was provided chicken sandwich in the early morning which I refused. The cabin crew was careless, and she did not offer any other option, just said, we do not have any other option to give you and left, so I ended up without a meal. Second, the bag was not received on time in Beirut, knowing that I am visiting on emergency leave since my father is in ICU. This made things more complicated and wasted my time following up and visiting the airport again. After several calls and follow-ups, the bag arrived in Beirut at 7:30 pm. I request your company to compensate me for this miserable experience which wasted my time, calls and was inconvenient. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Air Arabia duped in paying insurance

Dear,

I booked a flight from TNG to AGA. When choosing extra services (step 4), i choose extra bagage and failed to notice that box for the insurance was also checked. This was done automatically. So i ended up paying for insurance while i did not want to purchase it. I feel like i have been cheated and duped. I hereby ask for a full refund of the insurance i payed (€25).

Air Arabia worst experience

I've really very worst experience with this Air Arabia as they are giving very long transit hours. I've booked my return flight from Colombo to Faisalabad and Faisalabad to Colombo in between I've transit at Sharjah on 03-June-2019 my transit in Sharjah is approx. 13 hours and on return, my flight is re-scheduled by the airline by increasing my transit hours in Sharjah up to 18 hours without any room/hotel. When I reached Sharjah Airport I asked Air Arabia Desk Officer they are failed to listen to me on providing me room/hotel at Sharjah. Also, they are shouting on me that we are not responsible to provide you any room/hotel as you booked economy class. For reference, I'm enclosing herewith my transit hotel receipt which I was owned with my own money.

Keeping in view the international rules every airline is responsible to provide a room if transit hours are increasing from 9 hours.

i' am doing a big complaing to your Agents in casablanca, i was going from casblanca to lisbon june 9 th booking number [protected] to get my flight the next day with air transat to back home in canada, i was having exees baggage they asked me to pay it, i said no problem i gived my credit cards but the air arabia credit card system was down not working, they asked me to pay cash i was having only my credit card so they asked me to go to ATM machine I went to ATM machine same problem machine not working, i asked if i can add another luggage via online they said no you can't, so i decide to go talk with the manager trying to explain the situation he said he can do nothing about it, i said to him i want to pay for the excess but it' s not my fault if the credit card system it's not working, i even propose to the manager to leave my identity cards and i will send a money transfer or someone bring cash to them in casablanca, he said NO, he said i am professional here i don t do an exception for you, it' s not even about an exception it s about your system is down you have to do an exception because of that, so at the end it was almost the departure time, at last minute he suggest me to take off staff from my luggage, why he did asked me to do it before to not loose time, so when i took off staff from luggage that i left with them, the manager he said to me even that i don' t think you will make it so he let me go running like crazy in the aeroport when i arrived to the gate all sweating, my heart was beating like crazy, the ground agent said that the airplane door is close you can't fly let me tell you that i was so peast and angry because the manager he knows that i will not make it and he let me run for nothing so i back to the desk counter to ask about my luggage, they said to me that i need go pick up my luggage inside the arrival airport nobody came with me, so i went there i took my luggage, so after that when i exist the aeroport i realised that 's it not my luggage that i picked up it's exactly same as mine same size same color, let me tell you that i was more angry because nobody from air arabia agent helped me to find my luggage, so i back again to aeroport to go to air arabia agency, i entry with my staff inside the agent there was talking on the phone with his friend ignored me completly, then he start to say you not allowed to entry with your cart inside i said to the agent very politly, i can' t leave my staff outside i have my wallet, my passport he said to me i will ill check for you wish i refused so i said to him listen i don t want waist my time, i want to get back my luggage this it' s not mine unstead to say to me ok madam i will help you with that, he start to yelling at me that i need check the tag before i take the luggage, i said to him it s not my problem you should help you're here for that, i am already stress because i missed my flight, i am in panic mode plus you have to yell on me i mean what' s this, i lost my flight i need someone to help me not to yell another agent come to me very gentle propose to me to come with me pick up my luggage he understood my situation so again i entry to the arrival terminal to get finally my luggae i was at aeroport at 6 pm i exist from there was almost 10 pm for all this umprofessionalism, the agent from casablanca was not professional at all, they do what they want it' s not my first time that i book with air arabia i paid a lot of money with you guys to put me in this horrible situation, i ' am not accepting this at alll to treat a regular client like this i' am asking a compensation because it' s not my problem if your credit card system was down i' am really peast about this situation it make me regretting to deal with air arabia in the future and leave a comments like this in social media it' s absolutly not acceptable so please this things has to change and do something about it i reclaim a compensation i lost my 2 tickets because of the unproffesional of the agents there in casablanca .

Air Arabia my skybag vip trolley luggage bag damaged

Good Day...
I'm Nancy Fernandes
I returned from Kuwait to Goa on 11th June on flight no.G9 0492 via sharjah...my trolley bag is completely damaged I can't use it again I submitted my complaint at the Goa airport after waitin for almost one hour ...the customer care at the airport said they will get back to me in 3 or 4 days...its been 7th day today I haven't got a single call...

Air Arabia luggage double payment + delayed + bad service

The flight was supposed to depart from cmn at 14:20 and arrive at blq at 19:15, but it was 2 h and 30 min. Then I had to book an hotel to stay this night because there are no trains after 22:30 h, I lost also my train ticket, and another important thing, that your staff at cmn aeroport made me pay 50 euros for my laptop, I have 17 inch laptop with battery and it is about 5 kg in a laptop bag, they forced me to pay 50 euros, and put my small bag in check in and take just the very small bag for laptop, I have the payment paper, and it is the first time in my life I pay for my laptop bag, so I think I want to get refund of this too because it is a very big problem (not only me, a lot of other cases, some women - more than 3- had to pay for they handbags with personal stuff), and last thing is my checked in bag, your staff destroyed it completely and I have pictures for this too,

I am entitled to the a compensation and look forward to receive it. And for the other refunds like the laptop bag payment and destroyed checked in bag and hotel + train ticket problems, I want you to just give me my right and refund me of it,

I include a copy of my ticket and if you want the picture of the 50 euros payment and pictures of the destroyed bag let me know in my email and I will send you everything.

Air Arabia baggage (double payment)

Good day !
Yesterday morning( 05-06-2019)me and my wife with our daughter travelled from kochi -sharjah(G9-426) sharjah -taif (G9-187)PNR:99708886.while check in, the chech in counder officer told me there is no baggage included in the ticket. But i told him we paid for extrabaggage fee (30kg+30kg)while purchasing the ticket and shown him the bill. But he said it not shown in his syastem and he ask me to pay 1012+1012rupees for two bags (20kg+20kg)and for extra each kg i have to pay 1012rs. So i paid 2024rs. So i paid twice for the baggage. First one when i purchased my ticket and other while check in. And my remaining 20 kg left in kochin. What is your solution for this.? I am attaching the ticket and bill details. Extra baggage bill also. Please do the necessary action.

Air Arabia air arabia holidays

I booked Holiday package flight plus Hotel for Armenia on 17 May 19.
I have Arrived in Armenia on 5th June 2019 11pm. On arrival at Best Western Hotel, I was told they have not received any reservation request from Air Arabia.

I called Air Arabia call center number but they only kept putting me on hold and after 20 mins of roaming call assured me problem will be fixed in next 15 minutes. Call centre rep Syed took my number and advised he will call me back. However did not call back, leaving me and my wife in middle of night in a unknown country, struggling without accomodation.

I had provided following details to Syed on his request.
