Dont bother wit them! They messed up my lawn, charged $120 every time they came, and didnt even kill the weeds. Not even sure if they did anything when they was here. Bad company and bad service.

Agxact, LLC is the worst! They don't answer the phone and don't come when they say they will. We still got tons of weeds and bare spots even after two seedings last year. Don't waste your time with them.

I stop using Agxact after I paid my last bill. They keep calling me to treat my lawn even though I told them I canceled. They called me again the next day to say they're coming to treat, but I told them again that I canceled. The next day, the manager (Lee) called me, and I told him I still don't want their service. But they still showed up the next day to treat. It's frustrating trying to make sure they don't treat since I hired another company. Agxact gave me too many weeds!

I signed up for Agxact's service for five seasonal applications, which cost $130.00 plus taxes of $139.76 per application. This included perimeter pest control. On August 10th, Mr. *** from Agxact Lawn and Pest came to my house and sprayed an excessive amount of chemicals on my shrubs, bushes, and flowers around the house. By August 12th, they had all died. This was my first complaint. On September 8th, they showed up at my house without me ordering any special service and conducted Fall Core Aeration for $162.00 and Turf-Type Tall Fescue Blend Seeding for $338.00, totaling $537.52. I believe there was a lack of management, customer focus, technical knowledge of the chemicals, communication, and honest follow-through, which caused damage to my shrubs, bushes, and flowers. I hope to find a resolution to this issue.

This company do lawn and pest stuff. I had a problem with moles in July and called them to get rid of them. I called *** every day for a week and he said he would come out to bait for the moles but he never showed up. I always had to call him to get an update on when he was coming. After a week, he said he couldn't get the product. A week of mole damage can ruin your yard. I cancelled my service and asked for a refund for the rest of the year. *** and *** said the check was in the mail for $153.18 on August 6. It's been 12 days and still no refund check. I called *** yesterday and said I would contact my lawyer if I don't get a check. He said I was threatening him and hung up on me. All I want is a refund.

I paid $662.90 for lawn stuff for a year. They only did 33% of the stuff they were supposed to do. They said they would give me back $484 but now they won't answer my calls or emails. I paid for 7 Bio Lawn Services, 4 Perimeter Pest treatments, and 1 Spring Mosquito Defense. They only did 3 Bio Lawn Services, 1 Perimeter Pest treatment, and 0 Spring Mosquito Defense. I only got 4 out of 12 things I paid for. It's not cool.

Agxact messed up my lawn in just one season. My yard is now full of crabgrass, tall fescue, and weeds. It's the worst it's ever looked. I switched to Agxact from Turf Point because I heard they had a "great" program and did the same things as Ohio State's field. But now, my lawn looks like it's never been treated. It's a complete waste of the time and money I've put into it for the past 5+ years. When I called to cancel, they didn't seem to care and offered no solutions. Don't waste your money or time with these guys. If you care about your lawn, find a company that cares too. Agxact ruined my lawn and wasted years of investment. I don't know how to fix it without spending even more money.

AgXact Lawn Service treated my yard on Aug22, but within 24 hours, my perennials started dying. I called and the owner came to investigate at 8am. He said he didn't know the cause, but would provide a fertilizer spray to help the plants fight off the problem. He promised to make it right since we were loyal customers. Making it right meant a fertilizer, full refund, and replacement cost for plants if the fertilizer didn't help. He brought the spray-on fertilizer, but unfortunately, the plants still died. I tried to follow up, but never heard from him again. He didn't process the refund that was charged on Aug 2, 22. He didn't work with me to replace or refund the value of the plants. I called and emailed to remind him, but received no response. I cancelled my service in writing via contact us form. On Sept 9, 2022, I came home to a notice that the yard had been treated and my card on file was charged. I called and emailed with no response. I then removed my credit card information from my account, asked for a refund for both treatments, and again stated my cancellation request. In October 2022, I caught the technician in the process of treating my yard. I explained I needed a refund, cancelled service, would not pay for the work done, and wanted to speak to a manager. On Oct 22, 2022, I received an email confirming what I told the technician, Nate Johnston, but never received any communication from a manager. I need to be refunded for the 8/2/22 charge of $174.94 and the 9/9/22 charge of $147.39. Additionally, the mature plants killed are worth at least $1140 (14 XL hostas, 5 L coral bells, and 7 XL autumn sedum, others damaged but may regrow in Spring.) Now I'm selling my house and need to buy new plants rather than waiting to split some in my yard. I am requesting a check refund as I paid the charges believing I would receive a refund in Oct around the 22nd when I personally spoke with the technician. I am owed at least $842.33 refund/50% replacement cost.
