this company is sending out promo text massages with links to Sellonlinemakemoney.com which is in violation of the *** law against robo calls/text. I ain't happy 'bout it, ya know? It's like they don't even care 'bout the rules. I mean, who wants to get these annoying texts, right? It's just plain wrong. I reckon they should be more careful 'bout what they send out to folks. It's a shame 'cause I heard some good things 'bout 360 Art Studio Inc, but this here situation ain't cool at all. They gotta fix this mess and stop breakin' the law.

I gave these guys $3,399 to make me a "guaranteed" wiki page, but they never did it. They kept saying sorry for being late and promised to give me my money back if they couldn't do it, but they never did it and didn't give me my money back.

I paid on June 16 with my credit card through an e-invoice for $1750.50. I wanted them to ghostwrite a book for me, and I asked them to confirm if their team consisted of native English speakers. I had my doubts because when I spoke to their staff, it seemed like they might be from another country. They assured me that everyone on their team was a native English speaker with a college education, and they promised to give me a refund if I wasn't satisfied. However, when they sent me the table of contents and the first chapter, it was clear that the person who wrote it didn't have a strong grasp of English. This book is supposed to be professional and about legal writing. They claimed to have done similar projects before, but that was a lie. I've asked for multiple refunds and have sent them around 30 emails and text messages, but they completely ignore me. On their website, they claim to have offices in *** at ***, but I couldn't find any evidence of those locations. When I did a reverse phone number lookup for ***, it matched up with the address at ***.

On April 30, I was lookin' online for an editor who wouldn't break the bank. I ended up chattin' with the sales folks at Ghostwriters Avenue. They claimed to have a whole team of writers, editors, and graphic designers. But here's the twist, when I checked my bank statement, the money - a whopping $1299 - went to 360 ART STUDIO INC *** CA. Now, let me tell ya, the whole process of tryin' to get some editing or a book cover was a real headache. But forget about that, what you need to know is that their address is fake, their website is all smoke and mirrors, and I'm pretty darn sure these guys are up to no good. They're real slick at makin' you think they're the real deal. So, I decided to give 360 ART STUDIO a call, and guess what? Some dude answered like it was his personal cell phone. He told me I had to deal with my contact at Ghostwriters Avenue directly. He was in a hurry and hung up on me right away. I got passed around from one person to another, and the last person I dealt with, *** at ***, seemed genuinely tryin' to help me get a refund. She said they told her a "refund cannot be issued" and I had to ask my bank for a cashback. I went ahead and filed a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com against Ghostwriters Avenue, but they didn't even bother respondin'. Now, I'm filin' a complaint against the actual business that took my money. I also reported 'em to the FTC and started a dispute with my bank. But here we are, December 1, and I still haven't gotten a single penny back or received any product or service from these folks.

So, here's the deal. I had a really bad experience with 360 Art Studio Inc. Let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I ended up paying double the amount for their services, and guess what? They charged both of my credit cards and refused to refund one of them. Can you believe that? And honestly, they should be giving me even more money back because their service was just awful.

I shelled out a whopping $3139.00 times two, which adds up to a mind-boggling $6278.00! And let me tell you, they messed up everything. Here's a list of all the things they got wrong:

1. My business cards were missing a digit in the phone number. Instead of ***, they printed ***. Seriously?
2. The letterhead was messed up too. Just like the business cards.
3. And don't even get me started on the envelopes. They got the return address format all wrong. It's not recognized by ***. How hard can it be?
4. The tri-fold brochures were a disaster. One side was upside down when you opened them. And they weren't even folded properly when they arrived. We had to fold them ourselves. What a joke!
5. The flag banners I ordered turned out to be interior pull-down shades, like the ones you use at a convention or trade show. I wanted flags, not shades!
6. The *** postcards were delayed for two whole months. And to top it off, they never changed the expiration date as I requested. So the recipients only had two weeks to use them. And get this, I never even received a copy for proof. I only found out about it when a client mentioned it. Can you believe that? And the return address on those postcards? It had the nerve to say: "wait fort it.!*** Chief Executive Officer." People probably think it's a joke!
7. The gift certificates were a mess too. They came in the wrong size and on glossy paper that you can't write on. And they didn't even have the basic information like "To," "From," "Value," "Issue Date," or "Expiration Date." I gave them a sample of the ones the previous business used, which were 3x8, and they sent me 4x4 certificates. What a disappointment!
8. And to top it all off, I ordered 25 shirts that I never received. This whole ordeal is causing a major delay in spreading the word about my business to the community and potential clients. And the worst part? I paid double for all this nonsense!

Now, here's the kicker. They've completely stopped communicating with me. Can you believe it? It's like a never-ending nightmare. I just want this to be over. I want them to refund me for the double payment, the delays, and the misinformation on the *** postcards. It's the least they can do after putting me through all of this.
