miselling and did not refund
They delivered the wrong calculator 4wks after the order was placed and payment for a more expensive item was taken. Ignored numerous emails and communications to correct the error. I returned the calculator and they then refused to refund the correct amount which they agreed they would. In summary:
- delivery incorrect
- delivery late
- refund in accordance with consumer act not given
- very poor customer service
- very poor management behaviour when they were informed of their error
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

They took my money whitout sending me the ordered calculator. Despite several E-mail complaints during 4 month I only got a few very delayed answers by mail where they promised me either to send the calculator or to return the money. But nothing happened and I got no money back. I'm sure they never had the calculator on stock all though it is still figurring as such on their web store. So there is still bad treatment waiting for new customers. Now after complaining to my bank, the bank has taken over the job to get back my money. Keep away from this company.
