Disappointing Delay: Mission Order Still Not Shipped After 10 Days
I ordered from Mission on the 4th of August and they made a label for my order. But it's been ten whole days and my order hasn't even shipped yet! I know things are slow right now, but this is just taking way too long. I'm getting pretty frustrated with the whole situation.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time trying to buy stuff from Mission's website. The checkout process was all kinds of messed up, and I somehow ended up spending way more than I intended to. I mean, I had everything I wanted in my cart, and I was ready to check out and be done with it. But then, when I got to the checkout page, things started to go haywire.

But then, when I went to pay, things got even worse. Somehow, the website charged me twice for everything in my cart. I don't know how it happened, but I ended up spending twice as much as I had planned. I was so frustrated and angry, and I didn't know what to do.
I tried to contact customer service, but they were no help at all. They just told me that it was my fault for not paying attention to the checkout page, and that there was nothing they could do to help me. I was so disappointed and upset, and I vowed never to shop at Mission again.

I ordered a product from Mission on June 4th, 2020. My credit card was charged and the shipping status showed that it was shipped on June 5th. However, when I checked the post office tracking, it showed that the label was created but the package had not been received for shipping seven days later. I tried to contact customer service to inquire about the delay, but unfortunately, the representative hung up on me. This was quite frustrating as I was hoping to receive my product in a timely manner. I hope that Mission can improve their customer service and shipping process in the future to avoid similar situations.

They said it's waiting to be shipped by their shipping partner, but I don't believe them. I asked for a refund, but they don't want to give me one. Terrible Customer Service Experience with Mission Gaiters - Look Elsewhere for Better Options
So, I recently ordered some gaiters from Mission and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. I was supposed to get four gaiters, but only received one. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I decided to reach out to their customer service team. However, the response I got was an automated one, which was not helpful at all. I tried emailing them several times, but to no avail. It was like talking to a brick wall.
Honestly, I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I mean, if they can't even fulfill a simple order, how can they expect to keep their customers happy? It's just ridiculous.
In the end, I decided to look for another company that could provide me with the same product. And guess what? I found several other companies that were much better than Mission. They had great customer service, fast shipping, and high-quality products. So, if you're looking for gaiters or any other similar item, I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere. Trust me, you won't regret it.
