Not only they refused to issue the refund for the U.K. hotel booking that was canceled before the stated date but also posted an unauthorized duplicate charge to my CC which they also refused to correct!

Their booking site if fraud riddled! I suggest not using Agoda unless you can afford to be scammed out of your hard-earned money without any recourse.
