am filing this complaint against Agoda for delaying my refund of $67.10 (Booking #1699402155) since February 25, 2026. Despite the airline's authorization and Agoda's official email on March 19th admitting the delay, they still haven't released the funds. This is a clear case of withholding customer money without legal grounds. I have already initiated a Chargeback through my bank (CIB) and will not drop the case until the funds are recovered.

Recommendation: Never use Agoda for flight bookings. Their refund process is a nightmare and they don't respect their own timelines. Use reliable platforms instead
