I am both a host and traveler and AGODA customer service sucks all time. They do NOT verify bookings and do NOT validate reviews from guest. HOW come we had a bad review when we did not even have the booking record on our end in the first place? What's even worst, they insist on our property to have recieved the booking when I can attest with all the documents that our unit is booked through AIRBNB and not agoda. Reviews in AGODA are fake and not LEGIT
