I am from Saudi Arabia, and a hacker/scammer used my Online STC Mada to make a booking in AGODA.COM BRAIRA Dam London GB on 29 Apr 2025 at 00:24hour Saudi time. I already called STC pay and it seemed that the user made an E-COMMERCE PURCHASE .
The booking cost 675 Saudi Riyals. Please find the attached screen shot of the said transaction.

I tried to call the Hotel but they cannot provide anything regarding the booking. I already contacted the STC pay online customer service and tried to reach your merchant.

Claimed loss: 675 Saudi riyals

Desired outcome: I would appreciate if you can coordinate with my Online bank ( STC Pay ) and process my refund and catch whoever used my account online.
