Our company completed an unlock service on an Infinite QX80 on 12/5/2025. At completion of service with customer present, there was no mention or evidence of door damage. 80 days later Lisa Ellis filed a damage claim for $850. She provided dealership pictures 10 days after her claim filing. So 90 days after service completion this customer is claiming extensive door damage. Our pictures show a different story. If Agero/Swoop rules against our company, I will be filing a small claims lawsuit for fraud. If this was a legitimate damage claim the customer Lisa Ellis would have noticed it the day of service or with a couple of days.
