bad service
I went to get a tooth extracted as I was in some pain.When i finally got to see the dentist, who still looked like he should have been in school, i was told i didn't need an extraction but a restoration.I was given 2 referrals to dentists who i called but couldn't do anything for over a week .I paid $65 for an Xray and went home.I contacted another dentist...

Please, please anyone who thinks they want dentures. . . Don't go to affordabe dentures. . . Run, run, run, in the opposite direction as fast as possible, and then run some more. . . My sister went there after a long time of saving up her hard earned cash for a denture partial. . . Upper front four. She got there, and there was no customer service, and when taken in was treated like a second class citizen with no intelligence at all. She tried to call this to their attention but they were not interested, and definitely didn't listen. . . She was not given any pain shots before the extractions, and was in severe pain and ask for assistance, but was treated as if she were a whiny child. . . And given nothing. . . She was still bleeding profusely from her mouth and they sent her home to let swelling go down. She bled for 2 and a half days. . . When she did get to go back to the dentist and get the dentures she called the matter to their attention and again, no big shock there, they were rather heartless and callous regaring her well being and general health. They get her teeth in and get her out of there, asap. . .
Then less than two weeks later she is eating a piece of chicken and in her mouth the dentures break in several pieces, rendering thenm unusable. . . To top it off the dentist office in conveiniently closed down, so she can't get any answers and / or help. . . It wouldn't be so bad except my sister is severly ill w / a life threatening illness and desperately needed these teeth, for everday life and her own personal well being. . . I do not know about any of you but i will pursue this until i get an answer form someone, somewhere about what we can do to get our money back or decent dentures, which is all we wanted in the first place and we paid for in good faith, in full up front. . .

dental implant fell out in 6 months
I had mini dental implants put in on October 17, 2008. I started having trouble with one of the implants on March 15, 2009 almost 6 months later, I went back to the Dr. who put the implants in and told him that 1 of the implants are loose, he told me to go home and take antibiotics that he then prescribed to me. Dr. Martins office basically just ripped me off for a new denture wearer package. I paid for the package back in October 2008, and now need to see a specialist to fix the problems I have since seeing Dr. Martin, but they won't refund the part of the package that I did not receive. I have been left with nothing but a temperary immediate denture that is extrmemely poor quality and have lost my smile (literally) that I use to have prior to seeing Dr. Martin.
IF YOU LIKE THE WAY YOU LOOK, DON'T GO TO DR. MARTIN IN SOUTH BURLINGTON. HE WILL RUIN YOUR SMILE AND YOU WILL NEED TO SEE A SPECIALIST TO FIX IT AS I AM NOW DOING.

Some patients are unable to adjust to even well-made temporary dentures, and will be referred for specialty care for the final dentures. Some patients are unable to adjust to those final dentures as well. Buying a new denture wearer package is not a guarantee that final dentures will be made, as it is sometimes in the patient's interest to receive specialty care at some point in the treatment. Patients sign a contract with the new denture wearer package that specifies the terms of a refund if final dentures are not made for any reason, and sometimes the aggregate sum of services received by the patient for treatments actually rendered exceeds the amount paid for the package, in which case no refund is due. A patient's ability to adapt is at least as important as the quality of the dentures for a successful outcome, and despite informed consent, some have unrealistic expectations of the denture experience.

was talked into having a tooth pulled unnecessarily.
I went to Affordable Dentures in Jackson, Tennessee to get a new upper partial made. I had one broken tooth in the front which I had planned to have a full gold crown put on. The dental assistant told me I had just as well have it pulled because there was so little of it left. I didnt go there to lose more teeth I was going to get missing teeth replaced. I REALLY didnt want to or need to lose my front tooth. I changed my mind after the x-ray about having my front tooth pulled. The dentist who was about to pull it told me there was enough to have crowned. I had already paid for the x-ray and extraction. All they were going to have to refund me was $65 for the extraction. As I was about to get my refund the assistant told me I wouldn't be able to get my upper partial until after I had the crown put on. At this time I had paid them $410.00. I told her the tooth that was being crowned didnt have anything to do with the partial because it was not connecting to the crowned tooth. She said yes it will. If you have the tooth crowned the impression we've made today wont fit. I really wanted my upper partial that day so I went ahead and let them pull my tooth then add the missing tooth to the partial. I told the assistant my reason for not wanting the front tooth pulled was because if I didnt have my partial in the gap in the front would show if I had it pulled but if I had it crowned, I would always have that tooth even without my partial in. The partial looked nice but I knew my front was gone forever. I feel VERY insecure about that. When I got home and cleaned the partial the front tooth broke off. I've had to super glue it until I can get back to Jackson to have the partial repaired. I feel angry at myself for the decision I let her force me into. It is causing me a lot of anguish. The partials are cheap, but thick and VERY uncomfortable. I feel the dental assistants are hustling salespeople as well as dental assistants. Just be careful when dealing with them! Tracy Willis

horrible dentures
My husband went to Affordable Dentures to have a pair of the " TOP OF THE LINE TEETH" made, they are horrible to say the least! The teeth are crooked, one of the fang teeth are bigger then the other one. They are pushed out so far in the front he looks like Bugs Bunny. he went up to have them remade. They were rude and would not remake them told him to leave and come back later. My husband has worn dentures for over 20 years . He is not new to dentures. They run you through like cattle and don't care about quality or you happiness or comfort. We were lucky yesterday was a holiday and we stopped payment on our check and are going to a good denist to get a good set. STAY AWAY FROM AFFORDABLE DENTURES!

The reason that I went to affordable dentures was their 5 star rating; Big mistake ! Temporary dentures that were broken, and glued back together before I received them. I paid up front for the better quality, and was charged accordingly, but never received them. Then it took over a year to get only a partial refund.

Service at the Affordable Dentures office in Pooler Georgia is needless to say very bad. Your treated as if your stupid and ignorant to the services they provide. My wife was so lucky to experience this just last week. They extracted 26 teeth and fit her with these awful dentures. She not only cant wear them but eating with the dentures is impossible. So needless to say we are know trying to get the dentures that we had expected. I did not think that we were asking for to much, just dentures that fit and were functional. I would not think that this simple expectation was to crazy to ask for. So I have submitted a complaint to the main office no response yet. For the next average Joe who mabe thinking of dentures be cautious in your selection. We are not happy at all with ours.

Bottom denture was flopping around my mouth like a fish out of water. I went back to have fixed and the bottoms are still wrong. The nurse said it was because of the gums shrinking. No it was because they didn't fit and was extremely rude. I have made another appointment to try to get the bite right. Be smart go somewhere else.

unforturnately i did not come across this site before i started this adventure. Wish I would have. Teeth were pulled (just front) on Sept.9th. The first 2 weeks the partials fit fine, then i started having problems. Have been back 5 times since to try and get adjustments to the so called temps (which now I'm started to wonder). Have been told by the receptionist that they don't recommend eating with them in. (Excuse me, these are teeth, what are you suppose to do with them). Another time told that I had a great holloween look going on. Now I find out that the dentist I originally seen is not there. Keep being told he is out sick.
He must really be sick since he has been gone for over a month.
They ask for payment in advance, then don't give service and hope that people give up. I'm not. Our local tv station has a service to complain and get action thru. I'm also filing a complaint with the BBB. Plus complain to the main office. $2000 isn't chump change to me and I'm not about to let it go.

I would file a complaint with the better business bureau and be prepared to file a lawsuit.

My dentures ( as it seems everyone elses) didn't fit. They make their impressions from your old dentures instead of making an impression of your mouth. I refused to take them and ask for a refund. Two weeks later I'm still waiting for my money, even though our check was cleared electronically. Has any one else had trouble getting their money back? All we get is a runaround when we call. I agree that everyone should avoid this business.
I should have paid heed to these complaints about Affordable Dentures before I visited the office in Covington, GA. I first explained to the receptionist before I got there that I just needed my dentures repaired. When I get there I was asked if they made them and I told them no, they were made in Miami; was signed in and told to wait. After an hour was I sent to the back, and told to sit in the dental chair. I asked the rep why because I only needed mine repaired. I was told I needed to see the dentist. The dentist asked to examine my mouth and I asked him why, I just needed my dentures repaired. I refused to let him examine my mouth. He then tries to convince me to get new ones. I refused. He asks me if I had them done there and I said no, and then tells me he could not help me. I asked him for any product at the drug store and he claims he does not know of any. Guess where I went and bought a repair kit until I can find a REAL professional? Why wasn't I told over the phone that they would not repair my dentures that someone else made? I guess they wanted to try and convince me to get new ones. Fool me once . . .

I drove my father almost 24 miles to be told that there would be more charges added to what I was already told on the phone. When I objected I was told that "we dont give prices on the phone". Sorry (ANNA) office manager but I didnt make this up. The web site even gives prices but advises you to "call first to confirm". Alot of good that did. I dont mind paying for what I recieve But dont tell me one thing and then another when Im already there. I understand now why the waiting room was completely empty when we arrived, remember "NO APPOINTMENTS NESSESARY". Please remember "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ", AND SOMETIMES THEY WANT YOU TO PAY MORE!

Will not go back to Affordable Dentures. My first vist they expected me to pay 1700.00. Also if I had let them they would have pulled my teeth on the spot. Instead they came up with the total of what I would have done. It was very obvious they are only concerend with money. I was told by a previous dentist I would have to have implants in order to wear the dentures. This doctor said I didnt need the implants. But I might have to have them at the end of the year and would have to replace my top dentures which I have only had a year! I wanted to know why and that these were new, he said they would wear down because they werent as high a quality of denture as theirs. Yeah right! I payed over 2000.00 for these low quilty dentures and this was a private dentist, which I would have continued to use If I hadnt moved 300 miles from that area. I will keep looking for some other option.

Well the waiting room was empty because patient came in between 12 noon and 2pm and we do have time fame for our services. prices were given by phone which are the same as the internet. I doubt very much our corporate office will place a false advertisement fee schedule. Prices were discussed for the services they asked for and when the new patient came into the office they added to their questions and of course to upgrade a denture/partial the price increase, we will not give a premium denture for the price of an economy so, I (Anna) apologize for any inconvience and to let everyone know I even try to compensate the patient by giving her/him a discount for gas that she spent on her 24 mile trip.
I thought after 15 years this place would get it right by now. I tried them way back and they made a set of beautiful
dentures but they were big enough for a [censored]. They actually tried to cram them into my mouth. My dentist previously complained about having to use child size appliances when working on my mouth. I do believe they tried to fit me with someone elses dentures. I told them after they tried to cram them in to give me a refund. I then decided to go to a dentist who made portrait dentures and he did pretty well with them, a little pricier but I didnt want to do without.

I went to Affordable dentures in St. Clairsville, Ohio to have a tooth pulled and left without a tooth, maxillary bone, part of my jaw and a very large hole in my sinus. That was 7 months ago. I have had 1 surgery to repair my sinus and still have more to come. I have to have surgery to replace loss of bone in my face. Also now my left eye is lower than my right.
The loss bone in my jaw causes my partial not to fit correctly and in turn has caused TMJ.
Stay clear of Affordable dentures, they will destroy you and your mouth.

I have went to Affordable Dentures in St. Clairsville and had a full upper denture done with the extractions and I have to say that I have nothing but praise for them.I was treated very nice from the front desk to the doctor they are all GREAT! I actually look forward to my trips to the office.
horrible quality dentures and unacceptable service
My 70-year old father went to the Affordable Dentures office in Zanesville, Ohio, to replace his existing dentures. My father had been reluctant to get his existing dentures replaced because he feared that he would have problems with the new dentures. Our family encouraged him to go ahead and get new dentures and assured him everything would be fine.
Unfortunately, we were so wrong. My father has spent the past several weeks trying to learn to adjust to the dentures made by Affordable Dentures, but never could wear the dentures they made for him. He went back to the Affordable Dentures office to advise him of his problems with the dentures, and the dentist said that he needed surgery to remove tissue from his mouth to make the dentures fit his mouth properly. Fortunately, my father refused such surgery and advised the doctor that the dentures were to be made to fit him - not do surgery on his mouth to make his mouth fit their dentures. The dental office filed the teeth down on the dentures they made for my father and sent him home telling him they should be fine now. My Dad spent the next several weeks trying to adjust to the new dentures to no avail. He then went back to wearing his old dentures again.
Our family encouraged our father to go back to Affordable Dentures and discuss the difficulties he has been experiencing with the dentures and ask for his money back due to the fact that they clearly did not have the ability to ever make dentures that would fit him. The Zanesville, Ohio Affordable Dentures Office made my father wait from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. before anyone would meet with him to discuss his issues. My father said that he kept asking the receptionist if they were going to make him wait all day to be seen, and they kept telling him to keep waiting. He said he left and came back two times to take a break from sitting in the reception area.
Interestingly enough, while my Dad waited in the waiting room for the majority of the day, he had the opportunity to talk to other patients visiting the office, and the other patients were experiencing the same sort of problems. He also discovered that several of the other patients were told they needed surgery on their mouth for the dentures to fit properly. One lady in particular had the surgery and she was having more problems than she had before the surgery had been performed.
I am absolutely shocked at the treatment my Dad received at the Zanesville Office of Affordable Dentures. I am further disappointed at the poor quality of the dentures made by Affordable Dentures.
Businesses such as this should be immediately closed by the State of Ohio and prohibited from operating in the state. It appears that a full investigation is long overdue of this office and the qualifications and corporate practices of the Affordable Dentures franchises.
Do yourself a favor, make sure you run the opposite direction of any Affordable Denture office before you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with them and their inexperienced staff and unqualified dentists.

My mother went to Affordable Dentures in Bedford, Va to have all of her teeth extracted and a set of dentures made. She purchased the "quality plan", which entailed a set of dentures, the extractions, and adjustments for life, insurance, all the bangs and whistles to the tune of $4, 000. She was NEVER able to keep her dentures in. 2 weeks later & 6 trips back, my 68 yr old diabetic mother has lost 14 lbs because she hasn't been able to eat anything, and her blood sugar is through the roof. The people at Affordable Dentures simply keep saying "you need to give it more time, and keep your dentures in your mouth!" Well, how in the f@ck are you supposed to do that when they wont stay in your mouth?! She went to a different place today for a 2nd opinion. They removed a piece of exposed BONE and gave her an oral antibiotic rinse because she had an infection in her mouth. She also has blisters from where she's been trying to where the dentures and they don't fit. We're going to attempt to contact Affordable Dentures ourselves to try to get a partial refund. The extraction part they can keep because yes, they did pull her teeth. But for the dentures and insurance and adjustments on them for life? NO. She'll never be using them. Those things are [censored], and those people are some of the biggest a$$holes I've ever encountered in my life. Do yourselves a huge favor and steer clear of these places. Yeah, they save you money. At. The. Time.
Used Affordable Dentures about 1 1/2 years ago, also in Lakeland, Florida. Sad, sad experience. The "tech" was a lady with a serious attitude. Just said "yes" to anything I ask but did things her own way. I was desperate for my lower plate as I had 7 infected teeth removed 2 months prior because I could not afford the proper care to save them. About all the tech did discussed was the different "grades" of materials that could be used at higher prices. I explained that I had just lost my husband who left me totally penny less but my brother was going to help pay for the teeth because I had lost 15 pound from not being able to eat so I would have to do the "value" deal. After that I was offered a "Payment Plan" "if I was qualified". Seriously! I already told her I was not in any position to pay anymore than what was advertised online! Anyway, ended up going through to same run around others have complained about. At the fitting I immediately told the tech the teeth did not fit, when I tried to talk to her the plate would actually fall out of my mouth. She said, "give it a week or month, we'll readjust it after you've worn them for awhile". So I did try to no avail, after 2 months forcing myself to keep them in my mouth I ended up with a couple of blisters that her so bad I wanted to cry.
To shorten my story, I was back to the tech 8 times before I ended up throwing to plate out of my car window and crying all the way home over the way I let these people treat me. Since then I am down to 97 pounds and sick of ''soft'' foods. I honestly hope some of the people there have trouble sleeping at night for their part in being disrespectful and outright rude to customers who have to come back over and over but still end up without teeth. Shame on all of you! Your customers come to your place as a last resort because they can not afford to go any place else and you treat them badly for being poor. Maybe someday it could happen to you too!
So, anyone out there thinking of going to Affordable Dentures should seriously consider the good, the bad & the UGLY that comes with it. Thank you for your time reading this and think about me, I would still like to have teeth but even if the place offered it free to me, I would never, ever go back. I am a human being & no one deserves to be treated that way.
i thought maybe i just got a bad one, but from what ive read my carpenter could have made a better set of teeth, i would bet george washingtons teeth fit better it was the worst and most expensive thing ive ever done for something useless.well maybe not useless, i now have a halloween dummy with 3, 000 dollar teeth.they were totally [censored]s and unproffesional, pulled my teeth left pieces of teeth in my lower gums.went back, they said that was my bone under gums.in the next 3 weeks couldnt wear my teeth.picked the pieces out myself with dental pick i bought.so i never got to wear the lowers.by that time they didnt even come close to fitting.i ate a lot of mashed potatoes with ground hamburger for the next year.when they made final set the uppers almost fit, but lowers were junk.now i just wear uppers, when i want to eat now i use lotsa glue on the lowers and eat, then remove them because they very painful now i know how cattle feel.but that is good news for cattle, because i hanent been able to eat a steak since.bad news for mashed potatoes.i could go on and on, but i think this enough for now, if someone reads this and knows about a class action suit, or they know how to start one e mail me at keith.wright@marriott.com thanks for reading believe me ive felt the same pain, but not for long, going to a real dentis and get it fixed.will research this time.im not good at computers.i dont even know how to text.it has taken me 3 hours to find how to post this and type it with one finger.if the periods and all the proper english im sorry but i still got robbed like the rest of you.
I do not understand why I have not been refunded my money yet, I complained to you a few days after receiving my final dentures, they were too Big, I tried for a year and went to their office about 20 times, driving about 55 miles to get there each time. The tray they used was too Big, my mouth was stretched, my face was stretched, I had to use denture cream to stick them 3 or 4 times a day just to keep them in. I asked for my dental record's and they said, "Someone else has bought the practice, and the Dr. who was here has moved away. We would have to get her to release your records." They didn't offer to call her. They said, "Your final denture is marked approved by the patient. I said, "WHAT? I went out of here crying, I told her 5 times it is too big, it is too high on one side, and doesn't feel like it even touches on the other side." She kept saying, "You have 3 days to call back and let us trim on them." I said, "You could trim on them till Jesus returns and they wouldn't fit." I got disgusted and walked out and didn't go back. I complained to the complaints board very soon afterward. With no results. I believe the law states that they have to give you your dental records if you ask for them regardless of circumstances. The lady who usually made my dentures came in the office and said, "Our smallest tray is a size 28 and had it in her hand. She said, "Her bite is off and this will not ever work it is too big." It would be a waste of time to come back. I just want my money back.
Hello I have dentures and I was a bad experience and after five years of dropping my upper's I found I need them replaced I did make an appointment with affordable dentures but the new day before mysis passed away and I wasn't able to make it but after reading these reviews I think I dodged a bullet but my current pair hurt the roof of my mouth something horrible and I'm on disability with a fixed income so I need help because now my plans our out the window and I don't know what to do and I can't afford to get another set that hurts and money don't grow on trees no matter what my grandkids say ...

I went to affordable dentures for the past year trying to get to the place that I could get permanent dentures. I told them that I wanted my final set to be white like they had been bleached, and a snug fit. The whole time I got temporary dentures they were always too big, and stretched my face and my upper lip, because their smallest plate they form the dentures with is about two sizes too big. They can't make a set that fit me, when the very foundation they start with is too big. The last time I went, they made me a set of temporary dentures that are practically yellow, and I asked if this was suppose to be the final permanent dentures, she said, "Yes, you have three days to come back if you have any problems with them." I said, "This is Not what I paid for, and this is not what I asked for." She said, "You have three days to call and come back if these need to be trimmed." I was SO Angry that I walked out, and haven't called or went back. The final dentures are yellow, and I can't wear them, they are too big, and the bite is too hard on the right and feels like it isn't even touching on the left side. They have been in a cup since the day I got them, and I am stuck with a pair of other yellow temporary dentures they made earlier. I want my money back.
I have been wearing dentures since 1964 when I got my first set at age 19 and I am now 70. I have had 5 sets of dentures made in that time frame and with differing results. My first set were great, my second set were garbage and fit terribly, my third set were better but were worn down within 5 years, the fourth set was junk and were made in Florence, KY by Affordable Dentures and didn't last but maybe 5 years and broke in two, I then went to Affordable Dentures in Tupelo, MS and the dentist who attempted to make a new set didn't seem to have a clue as to how to make them fit. I did get my payment back and went to Affordable Dentures in Memphis, TN. I arrived there at about 9:30 AM and was gone by 2:00 PM. The set made there have worked out great and could be compared to my first set. The staff was great and helpful. To make a conclusion about Affordable Dentures by one bad experience is of course, your choice, but I have been very happy with my 5th and hopefully last set.
Extracted 17 teeth left 5 shattered sharp peaces in the gum torching me to squeeze my jaws for to make print with opened wound! They are working mindlessly. I was foolish idiot that came to that barn-))

I agree with everyone on Affordable Dentures. They are just money hungry. No concern for their patients. I went August 28, 2014 to talk to the doctor about getting dentures. First of all there is no privacy for the patients and the doctor. I had to have surgery when i had y teeth pulled and a year and 1/2 i worn temporary dentures that didn't fit. Each time I went back they would tell me that i wasn't healed. Finally I received my new dentures and they didn't fit right so I went back to them. Could never see the doctor but her associate took care of me. I told him that the plates weren't made right and he told me that my dentures had to adjust to my mouth. How does plastic adjust when it is hard molding. He then shaved them down and told me to wear them. My permanent dentures look worsr than my temporary dentures. I would advice no one to go them. They say affordable but i basically wound up paying over $5000 for teeth that i can't wear. I put the uppers in with adhesive only because i don't like going without teeth. I thought about going back to have them done over but i know they won't be any better. He filed them down so far that the gum part is all but down to the teeth. You can see straight through them that they will never last 10 years as they say. When wearing the set my left side bite closes before the right and there pops the lower teeth out. I would have posted a picture but i don't have one taken. Please what ever you do don't go to affordable denture for new teeth. They don't know what they are doing. I am really angry at them.

a never ending horror
The first set of teeth they made were beautiful but they DID NOT fit. Even all kinds of adhesive would not hold them in.
After numerous trips (which were awful because they don't want to have to do any work on them) I had them relined. Didn't help.
I finally sent a letter to the company and asked what I should do when I had a set of teeth I could not wear and I could not afford more. They sent me back and had a new set made. These look and feel like the others have described. I can't wear them except in extreme misery.
But, alas they told me that was all they could do for me, so right now I spend all my time in my house toothless!

I AM ENDING UP SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX MY MOUTH AND GET NEW DENTURES THAT I CAN WEAR. I AM ON DISABILITY. THIS IS SOOOOO WRONG. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN BEFORE THEY END UP KILLING SOMEBODY. STILL HAVING SUGERY IN GAINESVILLE, GA.

Stay away from Affordable Dentures in Rocky Gap, VA. In summary, FIRST (full) set of dentures--so loose when they put them in my mouth, to keep them from falling out, they had to put in a "soft liner"; SECOND the bite was so BAD the upper and lower teeth didn't even touch on the left side--they said I would have to come back and have them re-made. Before I got home, the lower plate had rubbed a raw spot on the back side of my gum. Another missed day of work, a 100 mile round trip, and now, I look like I have NO teeth even with the teeth IN, the acrylic is so thin, you can see through it in spots and again, can't wear the lower ones. My mother said the teeth they used on the bottom were so small, they looked like animal teeth. These people cannot, I repeat cannot make dentures well. Save you money, effort and time and go to a REAL dentist.

I have had my dentures for 17 years and they were made at affordable dentures in Rocky gap VA andy mom has had 2 or 3 sets in her life and she is 74 yrs old and she has gone to Rocky gap Everytime and we have had only good service from them and great products. When I need new ones I will go back to them.

I have had nothing but good experiences in rocky gap. The staff is great and if something doesn't fit right, they remake it. If you are still not satisfied, they will give you your money back.
they're awful
The service there was awful the dentist was so rude and the partial I got was awful I told them they were very uncomfortable, they just said they are suppose to be, take it from someone who's been there spend a little extra for better teeth, and way better service. you will be very dissatisfied with the way you look and the fit when you leave there and you can tell them and it won't matter you get struck with them and you have wasted your money, go somewhere where they actually care how you feel, you smile is important but not to them.

Dentures twisted my face
They have made 2 sets now and it’s worse than before they left a bad tooth in the front of my mouth and made me pay 2500$. I drove an hour and half back up here to get fixed and they were very rude and didn’t care
Can't wear these at all without gagging and pain.want my money back .Went in for a consultation and was fitted even before I was ready to commit to buying a partial. I wanted time to think about it
Horrible quality dentures and unacceptable service
I had my first set of dentures made Boardman/Poland
the Eco package Did not fit proper uppers was remade
and still could not wear with out ton's of Fixodent . the lower
was never able to wear, That's the first experience there
the dentist was nasty and rude, Second set I had made
there the upper teeth were pretty But those were also
poorly made very thin,
then for other unrated reasons they finally gave .The
Bottoms that were made does not fit at all can not even fit
on bottom gums . I was never able to eat with any of these
Dentures made, the last visit I also took those bottom teeth with
me so I could be fit for upper asked him to adjust a bit so I could
at least be fitted good for upper well he flat out refused saying nothing
wrong with them put those in and told me to bite down told him couldn't
to painful after I tried he pushed my mouth together causing sheer pain
and a cut to my lower Gum in the back. then he got upset and had the
upper made, with out a lower impression when going back to get upper
oh and I was told to leave old upper there and I did, but got it back
the lady called me back told me put denture in I did she said they would
tighten up after a few days I said they already are tight hands me a mirror
to look at teeth I said they maybe look ok, well i was happy for a minute
asked for mold of impression they took they claim it broke . came back 12.30 like told was made
to wait till almost 2 to even get my upper that was made they are not even correct made
have to shove in to even get to go under roof of mouth Oh and because I complained I was to
not to come back there, they just PASSING the buck make you pay for teeth before even made
Then expect you to wear the thrash they make that one can even wear those 2 bottoms
I have every denture made there and have photo'd all I am going to upload to internet

And when I told complaint dept. at affordable I wanted refund for those 2 bottoms they made

on turnpike my mouth started hurting sheer pain I paged the dentist to and he called
back I told him how the denture hurt me and the way it was made,
was nasty to me and said
oh well sweetie nothing I can do about it I did not make them .in a very nasty tone AND HUNG UP ON ME.
Then a lady called said doctor said you paged him, and at that point I was already mad I felt passing the buck
why would I want to go back there the way I was treated this time around and all the times before needs to have
lesson's in how to treat people once they get your money they don’t care, AND TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO COMPLAIN TO BANK
Not this time I complained to bank AND EVEN TOOK THE DENTURE TO THE BANK AND SHOWED THEM.
and will keep on complaining I saved for 7 months to get those uppers, he needs to make right right on those

I went back well where you suppose to go when you cant afford good dentures I guess you get what you pay

I am sorry to hear about the complaints people have a bout the particular affordable Dentures they went tol. I ow an Affordable Dentures froanchise in Lansing Michigan. I can assure you that I make every effortr to provide the best dental care I can for my patients. I do not rush in and out. I listen to y patients. I will adjut repai, fic reliene remake or what ever it takes to get it right for my patients for up to two months after any final denture or partial. In ayny organization you can have some bad apples Affordable Dentures have helped hundreds of thousands of people. I know I have helped over a thousand people In my office alone.
