The list of things Aetna has lied to me about is pretty much covered in every review I read - lies, fake phone numbers, stolen medication, non-working website, the second most retarded AI ever, not receiving my perks for getting work done even when I fill out the paperwork, the Nations Benefits is a HUGE scam... let me add another: Aetna LIED about my chosen, trusted doctor being kicked out of network and forced me to go to one in the county where I live - where the police department broke my neck in my own home - and is in a relationship with one of said dirty cops. Simply put, she tried to kill me with a megadose of a vitamin I am very, very allergic to and wrote down on my list of allergens. She ignored this and my PTSD/TBIs and could not even pronounce "osteo." Aetna ignored this complaint too, especially the part with the 300,000 units of TOXIN D that has a half-life comparable to an atomic bomb that nearly killed me. I am never going to be able to eat calcium again without becoming violently ill, and the medical issue you don't want me to talk about? Yeah, it involves BONES. Those things in your body that need calcium to stay healthy. Turns out a Vitamin D OD does the reverse of adding calcium to your bones. It leaches it out of the bones and into your bloodstream, overloading kidneys and such. I am not a big fan of the dozens of kidney stones I'll be passing until my spinal cord get sawed in two by shattered vertebrae. And I am not a big fan of the insurance company that tried to destabilize my condition. (Expletives deleted, Aetna!)
