did a very careful, skilled job with my gutters the other day, getting them very clean for spring!

I hired this company in May to clean the gutters and downspouts. They showed up on May 8 with just one person and a small leaf blower. He went up on the roof and cleaned the gutters, but didn't touch the downspouts. I paid them $70 and didn't hear anything else from them. We had some really heavy rain and now the downspouts are all clogged up. I called them to complain about the downspouts and they told me that I was scheduled for a fall cleaning and they would come out to clean the gutters and downspouts then. Today, I got a bill for $60 claiming that they came out on September 8. But let me tell you, I'm home all day long and nobody came by. I called them to let them know and they insisted that they were here. But I'm telling you, nobody showed up.

I contracted with Aerotech on 8/26 for fascia wrap on a very small area which they had not completed properly in the past. I began calling in October when I had not heard from them, and the work had not been done, after several calls they agreed to come to my house to do the work on 11/05. I have waited all morning for them, and when I called the office they said they had been here, but they have not. I have been waiting for them all morning. Their customer service is very poor and they are not reliable by keeping the customer informed. I have cancelled all of my service with them.

I contacted AEROTECH the day before a scheduled appointment to verify that this visit was the last on my yearly contract. I would not be renewing due to the cost. According to customer service, a GPS and picture of my house shows that an Aerotech technician came on March 15 as scheduled. I was outside my home all day with a very yappy puppy and did not see or hear a technician blowing. The gutter part that I can see out of my window, still has pine needles and leaves. I contacted customer *** about the debris but 7 weeks later, they have made no effort to help other than I owe them $98. very dissatisfied
